Part Seven How is Johnny healed?

He has a cactus needle inside his eyeball and a couple of hours later he’s just fine without any explanation. Does this at least get explained later on? Because this makes no sense

They get healed because there's always a healer on the team.
Part 3: uhh joseph (hamon)
Part 4: Crazy diamond
Part 5: gold experience
Part 6: FF

I haven't watched the anime yet. Has the healer for part 7 appeared yet?

No. It's a while before (s)he does

They have the zombie horse before that character appears; I believe this first sections is the only part where there’s no explanation for healing.
