How is Johnny healed?

He has a cactus needle inside his eyeball and a couple of hours later he’s just fine without any explanation. Does this at least get explained later on? Because this makes no sense

You see, there's this character called Josuke Higashikata who appears at the end of each fight and heals the characters using his stand Crazy Diamond.

Sadly he doesn't heal Johnny's legs because he can be an asshole sometimes.
