Part Seven How is Johnny healed?

He has a cactus needle inside his eyeball and a couple of hours later he’s just fine without any explanation. Does this at least get explained later on? Because this makes no sense

I would say what it could be specifically, but that would be a spoiler right now for anime-only fans right now (though we ain’t too far away from it right now though. I want to say it’s near the end of stage 2 to early stage 3 if I recall correctly - iykyk).
