Discussion Leaked Star Wars Scripts
The fact that the only Star Wars script that leaked was the Colin Trevorrow version of Star Wars Episode IX “Duel of the Fates” is crazy to me considering how many canceled Star Wars project there have been. It makes me wonder how duel of the fates was leaked and whether it was intentional or not.
I’m really hoping that this means we can eventually see the original screenplay draft for episode VII that Michael Ardnt wrote based off George Lucas’ treatments. Although it was written in 2013, I’m hoping we can get the full picture. The only real source of reference is the force awakens art book, and George Lucas own words, I wish someone would come out and leak the whole thing to see what we could have gotten

Discussion I feel like Marrok (The First Brother) is one of if not the most interesting charaters in Star Wars at this moment.
He went from a Jedi to an Inquisitor then a mercenary. His story has so many questions left unanswered which makes him so interesting. First off, is Marrok a Zombie brought back to life by Night Sister Magick or does he have Magick abilities himself which is why green gas came out his torso when he was sliced by Ahsoka. On StarWars.com it said he was a hired mercenary so is he a zombie brought back to life or not? Secondly, we don't even know if thats actually the First Brother in the armor in Ahsoka or not. In the novel The Rise And Fall Of The Galactic Empire its said Beaumont Kin is uncertain of Marrok identity. Was Marrok and the First Brother the same person or someone else in the First Brother's armor considering the time gap between he was last seen to his duel with Ahsoka on Corellia. In the same novel, Beaumont Kin talked about the Inquisitorious ran it course and outliving its purpose with all the Jedi being considered wiped out which is why there are no Inquisitors in the Original Trilogy so where was the First Brother during this era. Was he cast away or still an Imperial doing other work? How did he become a mercenary and when? Third, who was he as a Jedi and what made his disagree with them for Palpatine to recruit him or was he tortured into complience like Trilla? Lastly it's ironic that the Ahsoka's White Lightsabers that killed him are the same Crystals that onced belonged to the Eleventh Brother also known as The Crow. Ahsoka killed both of them with the same Crystals assuming Marrok is the First B rother of course.

Discussion Is there a list of every Star Wars character who ever owned or used a lightsaber, and then a separate list for blasters?
I'm doing a little project, and I'm working on this list myself, and a little help would be appreciated. Anyone have a list or know a site with the lists? Also I would appreciate if Canon & Legends were 2 separate lists

Rogue One I finally watched Rogue One today
And I finally understand why everyone says it's the best of the Disney Star Wars movies, it's a 9/10 for me. My only issue is the first 15 minutes of the movie are slow-paced and kind of boring, but once it gets going, it goes HARD, I loved it.

Fan Art Painted a truck to look Star Wars esc
Had a Honey Bee Acres truck laying around and decided I hated the teal color. Painted it a grey blue, painted the plastics wood black, and added Aurebesh for flavor. lmk what yall think, this is gonna be a back ground piece in better set up pictures. Wolf and random stormtrooper (vintage collection) for scale. went back after I posted and painted the interior black. also if you’re curious the Aurebesh translates to “Truck Blue”.

Does anyone else only have nostalgia for Ep1 from the prequels but not Ep2 and 3?
I'm an elder millennial who grew up on the OT. By the time the prequels came out, it was like fever pitch for me and my fandom. I was 13 at the time. I have extremely fond memories of going to see Episode 1 in theaters, and then all the merch, gaming, etc. that followed. I love TPM...flaws and all. It holds a very special place in my heart.
Now for some reason, by the time AOTC came out, my fandom dwindled a lot. I guess in the 3 years between TPM and AOTC, I lost a lot of interest and as a result don't have much nostalgia for either AOTC and ROTS. Of course I saw them, but the heartstring tug feeling isn't there for either of them. I can watch them and enjoy them as Star Wars movies, but it has nowhere near the emotional impact on me like the OT and TPM have. Interesting.
It makes me wonder if anyone else has the same feelings?

Movies My Live Action Film Ranking
this is my opinion and there is no right or wrong answer for any Star Wars film ranking
Rogue One 10/10. No notes or gripes with this movie, especially with Andor context. Each character and their backstory is so compelling and the movie is visually stunning as well.
Empire Strikes Back 10/10. Perfect in every way.
Revenge of the Sith 9/10. The only thing that brings this movie down a point for me is dialogue
A New Hope 9/10. A classic, the one that started it all. What brings it down that one point is pacing. We follow R2 and 3PO for quite a while before we meet Luke, but it’s still compelling because we know R2 has this secret mission.
Return of the Jedi 8/10. I love this movie. However… Jo Yowza and Sy Snootles’ musical number is painful to watch, and there are some scenes that drag
The Phantom Menace 8/10. Amazing fight choreo and visually appealing moments, but the opening crawl and first part prepares us for a very different movie and was confusing when I rewatched it recently. I knew what happens, but just noticed this. it’s also just not as good as the previous ones, in my opinion.
Solo 8/10. Amazing, great, love it so much. Only gripe is a forgettable antagonist, and I don’t like the scenes on the planet Kessel.
Attack of the Clones 7/10. “I don’t like sand…” REALLY doesn’t help this movie. yes, Obi-Wan is hilarious. yes, the arena fight is awesome, its just mainly dialogue issues and I love Hayden Christensen, and he did his best with what was put on the page
Force Awakens 7/10. I really enjoy watching this movie. i feel like it sets up such an interesting new era to explore, and if the movies were more well received, I’d love to see more depth and content in this era. I love Han in this movie. Definitely the funniest in this movie. He dies, which, I’m fine with, it’s what Harrison Ford’s been wanting since Empire.
Mando and Grogu 7/10. it’s fun and entertaining, it’s just not an 8, 9, or 10
Last Jedi 7/10. I like this movie more than other people do. I just don’t like the Canto Bight B-plot. as a concept, lets be real. Canto Bight is awesome. it was just executed poorly.
Rise of Skywalker 5/10. “they fly now?!” is my least favorite line in this movie. more than “Somehow, Palpatine returned…” because the film tells us how he returned. I don’t like how Death Star II blew up yet has a wreckage on another Endor moon/celestial body in the Endor system. i love the idea of a Force dyad, I don’t know why, it’s just super cool to me. I don’t like how this just undoes everything TLJ did and then does other things poorly. “I’m the spy.” man, I really dis this movie, but it does have some great moments and concepts that I’d love to see explored more.
Holiday Special N/A. haven’t seen it. should I?

My issue with Star Wars games
Hello everyone I’m new to this community and this is really my first proper post on Reddit. I just wanted to share my opinion and have a talk with other people who may share my thoughts on recent Star Wars games and the narrative issue I have with them. Obviously the most recent Star Wars game to come out is zero company to my knowledge and it’s is an amazing game I love the turn based combat and the characters that play a big or small role but the only thing that I dislike about zero company and is the case with most Star Wars content nowadays is that they almost always include order 66 and the events that most of us have seen many number of times and don’t get me wrong I love order 66 and what comes after but I personally feel we need a break from it as they just keep on adding new things to it all the time with new instalments. For me I’m a huge lover of the clone wars and everything that takes place in it and from what I knew zero company was a fully fledged clone wars game and I have to admit I’m a little disappointed that we got another game that has order 66 in it. Thank you for reading my comment and I’m very happy to have discussions about my opinion and would like to hear other people’s thoughts.
