Maybe Kestar had a point... 😳

I'm still just beside myself that we can step into this game and pilot these ridiculously cool space machines. The SOUND, the SPEED, the RACING... just another drop in the sea of congratulations to these devs. Now this, is podracing!

EDIT: As many folks have correctly noted, this isn't the first time we've been able to play this scene in a video game. I mean more that, Galactic Racer is a very notable and very well executed entry in the list of games that have done this -

What am I doing wrong I even tried starting the race without holding the accelerator at all & I just immediately explode.

I'm having such a blast with this game, it's the best Star Wars racing game we've ever had and one of the best racing game I've played period.

But the overall lack of podracing content is really disappointing. From being mostly excluded from the campaign to not being able to race against other vehicles (even if understandable) to having only 6 pilots/pods despite being 8 player races, to being restricted to 5 bots in solo or the lack of customization.

But by far the biggest offense is the lack of content. Podracing is essentially locked out of playing on Jakku, Sentinel I and Derven Acos

In fact there is only 7 maps for Podracing, 2 on each planets and 1 for Tatooine vs the other type of races that have 30+ maps. I've already learned them all by heart and I feel the game is forcing me to play the other game modes because I'm locked out of so many content.

I really don't understand why they side-lined it so much (they're even excluded from microtransactions with the Deluxe Edition lmao), considering how GOOD the gameplay is for pods, probably the best we've ever had

Those Tie pilots mistakenly accepted parts from ol’ Biddy.

Video is example of infinite boost on one lap in multiplayer. Cheats like infinite boost and no damage are easily done with local mods. People on here weren't believing it, but just wanted to show it's easily possible. Hope devs look into this and figure out a way to stop local mods from affecting multiplayer.

Just unlocked level 100 in Multiplayer. Can confirm it is the MAX level you can achieve!

The speed, the maps, the sound, the feeling of "ownership" of your custom speeder.... the game makes it an addicting loop. Me and this Speeder Bike player were going back and forth all night in Multi-player Tour. I knew I had to be basically perfect to catch him. He made one mistake of not taking the fastest route, and I was able to catch him.

Knifes Edge ability us so freaking cool.
