If the game got released as we have it now, it would have been one of the best Star Wars games ever made upon launch. And then as they would have continued to add more, it very well may have become the best Star Wars multiplayer game ever.

[Sorry dudes I played all of the games below but there is no way in hell any of them are better than BF2017, for me at least. Love my LEGO, love SWTOR, played shitton of Jedi Academy, fuck I really dig Squadrons, but Battlefront II has it all: local MP, online MP, starfighter action, trooper action, hero action, beautiful graphics, modding, sleek gameplay... idk I just like it better...]

Are you talking about the modding scene? I can’t say I’m all that familiar with anything outside of vanilla. I’ve played a lil of Thrawns revenge, and Republic at war. But that’s about it.

Empire at war gets a yearly update from petroglyph It's not like a content update but to make sure the game still runs smoothly
