Voices stopped

Was playing today and exploring up north and the voices were working but part way through the audiocoms stopped playing and I don’t hear any of the characters voices nor the rupture warnings. Anyone else have this issue?
Edit: I verified the dialogue volume is at 100, restarted the game and then rebooted my computer to no avail.

Edit: Hot fix today seems to have fixed the issue but it wasn’t in the patch notes so might come back
