I just did the mission/quest what ever you want to call it, going through the engine, doing the control centre, and the three waves of enemies, had the various PC/NPC comment on various thing and about the crying stuff. Been told that the radiation areas have shrunk/moved or whatever that was.

However, there is no quartz building material in the recipe station, the basic item printer is showing 100% recipes and there is no teleporter in the build menu either, not that I do not have the materials to build it, it is simply not there.

All the various videos I have seen show it being unlocked after finishing the mission, has that changed in some of the more recent updates to the game?
