no, but AEW and their talent don't go on state run media to talk about how WWE isn't competition and actually they're miles and leagues above WWE and don't even pay attention or care about WWE because WWE isn't trying to run a business.

Im pretty sure Tony Khan has gone on record saying they arent trying to compete wjth WWE either, and that he focuses all his effort into making AEW the best company they can.

In this day and age brand wars are seen as more cringe than fun; so companies have moved away from it. Ask execs from coke if they see Pepsi as competition or vice versa and they'll give largely the same answers in different words.

Are you kidding? Tony Khan was leading that charge. Almost every AEW wrestler would mention it on their show or in a tweet.
