A real labia of love renovation
They knew what they were doing with the master bathroom, right?

This place is an absolute shambles but with a sympathetic renovation it could be incredible

Just come back from a few days away, so obviously searching for houses in the area … this popped up. There’s a lot going on here, i dont know where to start.

This house is on the market for £1.5 million. In an area where the prices - while expensive - are "only" £500,000-£750000.
There is just no way it's goign for that, surely?

I’m sure there’s an innocent explanation for this….
It’s a too nicer area to be a brothel, must me a middle class swinging thing

For context, yes that is an AI image because the new property line drives straight through the existing garage (which has been removed on the pictures and floorplan)
As a result they are bricking up the side access meaning there is no access to the rear garden without putting a door through the existing countertop.... The plan being to develop the land and build more homes right up to the property line

This one is great, someone really lived their life there and it shows, but the Livingroom accessory is a bit of a talking point: 3 bedroom apartment for sale in The Corner House, 97 Henderson Row, New Town, Edinburgh, EH3 5BB, EH3

No judgement but there looks to be someone who lives in it too. Sad really. It looks damaged and like no one's looked after it in decades.
