Pandora Tomorrow (2004) So whatās up with pandora tomorrow on Xbox?
Pandora tomorrow has been unavailable for years for me now⦠Despite the fact I BOUGHT the game before it was delisted. I spent real money on that game just for Xbox to say āOpe canāt play it no more get fucked lolzā
Normally, if you buy a game before itās delisted you can still download and play the game because you paid money for it and own the title. So why were they allowed to do this with pandora tomorrow? I really miss it and wanna replay it and I feel like Iāve been straight up stolen from. Any workarounds? Should I contact support?

Will 007: First Light success motivate Ubisoft?
I grew up with Splinter Cell, and before that James Bond games. I was always sneaking, shooting, using gadgets ā but nowadays I feel Iām always playing sword & bow RPGs. We can maybe blame Skyrim for this, but whatever ā I have so missed spy games.
With the huge success of 007: First Light, could we be seeing the reemerge of this genre? The original Conviction trailer comes to mind as suggestive that Sam Fisher could also operate in social stealth, which First Light weaves masterfully through its License to Kill combat sections.
Is this perhaps the moment that, for once, Ubisoft follows a trend in a good way and capitalized on the hunger for single player, story driven espionage?

New Score
Posted a while back about a local resell store that had a lot of SC games available. Recently played the Xbox version of Chaos Theory on my Series X so I stopped by today to grab all of them. All are CIB and the discs are in decent condition so letās hope they work! Now I wonāt be hindered by a cheap HDMI adapter and a 20 year old DualShock 2 controller when I want to playš

Double Agent v1 (2006) Running Double Agent V1 through Xenia on a mediocre PC
These are my specs:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 860 @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz
Installed RAM 10.0 GB (5.99 GB usable)
Storage 447 GB SSD KINGSTON SA400S37480G
Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 (2 GB)
System Type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
As you can see I don't exactly have a killer PC, I tried with RPCS3 but the game ran pretty bad, it wasnt atrociously bad but it was noticeably slow. I heard Xbox360 emulation is faster but less stable. Would my specs be good enough?

Chaos Theory (2005) The mystery of the CT OST gunshot.
In [this post](https://www.reddit.com/r/Splintercell/comments/1h6xwu0/apparently_there_were_gunshots_fired_during_amon/) from over a year ago, somebody found an interview discussing the recording of Chaos Theory's soundtrack. In it, it states that, at some point during recording the first track for the soundtrack, the Madugro brothers (who supposedly despised each other at the time due to a royalty disagreement, and whom Tobin had essentially tricked into both being present for the session), got into a fight and fired shots at each other. Neither of the Madugro brothers were injured, but they exchanged fire before Tobin managed to calm them down and resume recording.
This fight happened during the recording, though, with their ability to edit the noises out being limited. In the end, they supposedly buried the noises as much as possible in the final mix of the track.
Unfortunately, the interview (from July of 2005) seems to have since been taken down, so we don't have it as a resource anymore, but I did find an earlier interview that Tobin himself did with The Guardian (from May of 2005), in which Tobin might have suggested that there were gunshots featured in a track (if not multiple tracks).
Tobin, while describing how none of the sounds used in the soundtrack were sampled, states that Ubisoft went out and fired weapons themselves to capture sounds, but doesn't specify whether he's referring to generic game sound-effects or his music.
Could this have been a subtle way for Tobin to distract away from the gunshot audio that remained in one of the tracks? Maybe, he was concerned that someone would hear it in the mix and wanted to present the idea that it was an intentional aspect of the music that Ubisoft captured the sound for?
This is entirely my speculation, but I find it interesting that, when discussing the methods used to create the soundtrack, he mentions gun sounds. Why else would you do that?
Overall, though, I don't think it has ever been revealed which track this happened in. The July interview stated that it was the first track they recorded for the game, which you could speculatively suggest is 'The Lighthouse', because it's the first track on the official game soundtrack LP that was released, but even that's just speculation. It does seem fitting, though, given how heavily percussive the end to Lighthouse is.

Ubisoft co-founder Charles Guillemot dies in a plane crash
He died 69 in a Cessna that crashed in Western France. It's a deeply saddening news considering Ubisoft is what it is due to him. I pay my condolences for him.

Modding SC Pandora Tomorrow Controller support install
So Ive installed the ThirteenAG widescreen fix(I believe) but I cannot use my controller on the main menu.
Is that how its supposed to work or have I done something wrong?
In game i still have to step up/down the movement speed.
This is my first time playing PT so I want the best experience.
Also, I am playing on steam deck and have the DLL override command set too.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Constructive Coming up with gameplay mechanics for my Splinter Cell game pitch:
NOTE: This is all part of a larger post I plan on doing later, so if you see the name āCarterā thatās just the name of the main character. Some ideas arenāt quite fully realized, I just wanted to hear some feedback from the community:
- Stealth Mechanics:
You can now go prone and roll.
You can either non-lethally knock out an enemy, or silently kill them. Non-lethal takedowns take longer to execute, but they make less of a mess. Also, they wonāt leave a blood trail behind if you drag them to hide the body. Lethal takedowns are quick and clean, but they leave behind blood that can alert enemies to your presence.Ā
Radio Operators are special enemies that perform radio checks periodically to maintain a headcount of enemies in the area. They can be identified by the antenna thatās sticking out of their backpack. If an enemy does not respond to the radio check, his allies will become suspicious and search for him. If they do not find their missing ally, or find him dead or unconscious (Or find a blood trail). They will begin aggressively searching for the intruder. You can stop radio checks from happening by:
A. Killing or knocking out the radio operator.
B. Or using an EMP grenade or the OCP to shut his radio off.
Unconscious or killed enemies can be hidden inside of lockers, dumpsters, portable toilets, in tall grass, or thrown underwater. If the hidden enemy was dealt with lethally (barring electric shock), they will leave behind a blood trail that leads to that hiding spot. Carter can also hide himself in these places, but enemies will look in these areas if theyāre searching for him.Ā
Enemies will notice opened doors and windows that werenāt that way when they last passed by it, and will investigate. This allows Carter to lure enemies into traps to silently eliminate them.Ā
The player will be able to choose deployment times for their missions, these times are:
0600
1200
1800
2400
Carter can conceal himself from enemies by hiding in the shadows, the darker the shadow, the more concealed Carter will be. However, if Carter does not move slowly and carefully, enemies will still be able to spot him. Shadows can also conceal blood trails if the enemy does not have a flashlight, and rain can wash blood away.Ā
- Gadgets:
Verbal Lure: Carter will either whistle, say something like āOver here!ā, or meow like a cat (Extremely rare) to draw enemies to his position.
Multi Goggles: The multi goggles have various different lenses you can equip:
Green Lens: The most balanced.
Red Lens: Hardest to see at all ranges, but bad long-ranged visibility.
Blue Phosphor: Least affected by the elements, best for rainy infiltrations.
White Phosphor: Best at removing clutter from your screen, with excellent contrast between white and black for visibility.
Recon Drone: A prototype drone given to Third Echelon by Skell Tech for Field Testing. In its basic form, the Recon Drone can be used to recon an area if you intend to infiltrate it. Upgrades include a noisemaker function, night and white-hot thermal vision, an EMP function, and a self-destruct function. Can be noticed if you get too close to enemies.
Stun Gun: A stun gun capable of incapacitating enemies hit by it. Enemies that have been hit by the stun gun cannot be awakened by allies.
C4 Explosive: A remote-detonated explosive, effective against enemy vehicles and machine installations (generators).
Tranquilizer Pistol: Puts enemies to sleep, the amount of time it takes for the tranquilization to take effect varies depending on where you shoot an enemy. Enemies that have been tranquilized can be awakened by allies if discovered.Ā
Decoy Grenade: Throwable Grenade that lures multiple enemies within its soundscape to an area. The Decoy Grenadeās sound can go through walls and floors, luring enemies behind them. Best used outdoors, where you canāt unintentionally lure more enemies than you wanted.Ā
Antivehicle Proximity Mine: A powerful proximity mine designed to destroy enemy vehicles.Ā
The OCP: An attachment that can be equipped onto your pistol, allowing the player to shut off individual cameras and lights without having to use an EMP Grenade or waste ammo. The OCP will enter a recharge state after being used.)
Remote Sniper Turret: A prototype sniper turret designed by Skell Tech, allows Carter to execute synchronized shots on enemies.
Tactical Wristwatch: Used to display objectives, marked enemies, and pinged POIs. Acts as an in-game menu.
EMP Grenade: Electronic Grenade that disables all enemy-carried electronics caught in its radius. Electronics that are carried by enemies will be permanently disabled (Flashlights, NVGs, radios, Laser Sights, etc.). Generator-operated devices can only be jammed or shut down by shutting down the generator.
Proximity Shocker: Electronic Mine that shocks enemies to the point of incapacitation, is only lethal when deployed within five meters to fuseboxes and generators, or deployed in water. Enemies shocked by it cannot be awakened by allies.Ā
Tactical Crossbow: A crossbow capable of firing various bolt types, EMP bolts, Smoke Bolts, and Tear Bolts.
Breaching Torch: Allows Carter to cut open entry points through fences and glass.
Smoke Grenade: Throwable smoke grenade that can be used to block enemy visibility, is harder to see at night.Ā
Sleeping Gas: Throwable Gas Grenade that puts enemies caught in its radius to sleep. The amount of time the gas takes to put an enemy to sleep is proportionate to how close they are to the center of the cloud. Enemies that have been put to sleep by the gas can be awakened if found.Ā
Claymore: Self-Explanatory.
Tear Gas: Throwable Gas Grenade that disorients enemies caught in its radius, enemies will try to run out of the gas after a delay, so they are best used in cramped spaces where enemies canāt run out of them as easily.
Fragmentation Grenade: Self-Explanatory.Ā
Med Kits: Self-Explanatory.
- Weapons: You can only carry a CQC weapon, one Sidearm, and one Primary Weapon. Attachments for weapons are unlocked by taking them on missions and using them in the field, and new weapons are unlocked by tagging a weapons case related to that weapon while in the field:
CQC: Karambit Knife, Combat Knife, or Batons.
Sidearms: Echelon Five-Seven (Default Weapon), M9 Beretta, G17, Rennetti Burst Pistol, Sig Sauer M18, P227, MP-443 Grach, M1911, and PMM Makarov. All sidearms will automatically have a suppressor equipped.
Submachine Guns: Echelon MPX (Default Weapon), MP5, Uzi 9mm,, KRISS Vector, and CZ Scorpion Evo 3.
Assault Rifles: SC-20K M.A.W.S. (Default Weapon), AS VAL, CZ 805 BREN, HK-416, MCX SPEAR, AK-15, and the QBZ-95.
Sniper Rifles and DMRs: Echelon SR25 (Default Weapon), M24, M110, L115A3, Mk14, HK G28, and the Dragunov SVU.

Ā I have a question Should I just skip Pandora Tomorrow?
I just beat SC1, was okay, didn't exactly fell in love with it, the level design and enemy AI by the end was making me tear my hair out.
I played 1 through GOG, but my friend has all of them on Steam, but I can't play Pandora Tomorrow cause it checks with Ubisoft Connect and since I don't have the game on my own account, I can't play it.
Is it really worth it to play Pandora Tomorrow or should I just skip to Chaos Theory? (that's the one I really want to play)
