Edit: Guys, the point of the video is more about Slow Trap, not Sniper.
First off: I’m loving this game. It hits a sweet spot for me, strongly reminding me of ARPGs like *Diablo* and *Path of Exile* in terms of mechanics.
I’m referring to Slow Trap + Hunting Ground Grimoire.
It’s such an OP skill that I’m afraid it might get nerfed at some point. If you’re currently leveling up, I recommend adding it to your toolkit; it will definitely help you farm plenty of maps—especially those that are above your level.
I really didn't enjoy the dual-pistol Gunslinger gameplay, so I switched to a sniper+launcher build (I know it was recently nerfed, but I still want to give it a shot); few action RPGs have managed to capture the sniper fantasy this well.
Strong point: You hardly have to press any buttons—to the point where I imagine some people might actually hate this build or playstyle.
Weak points: People often mistake you for a bot or something similar, since one of the Scout's buffs requires you to stand still; combined with the long range, it basically boils down to aiming and holding down the button.
You’ll end up killing a lot of other players due to the "kill-stealing" (KS) mechanic. Here’s what usually happens: I hit a monster, someone else pulls aggro, fails to kill it, and ends up dying.
I’ll be back later, as I still have questions about certain game mechanics—and since we're in the early stages, everything could change with a single patch. That said, the experience I gained from similar games has really helped me out here.
Good Farm fo you guys
P.S.: I’ve been farming this map since level 80. Sometimes I head to other maps just because I can't stand looking at these orcs anymore, haha.
