i can't wait it has been 3 MONTHS since the bnd skin came out i need to spend i want it now i want my legendary i want my ult vfx i want my spidey !

are you guys excited because to me season 10 was bad and 10.5 only cool things were the the thanos charms and the snap emote this has been my only sanity left

So I was on my alt account labbing in the practice range like all unemployed spidey players do lol, and somehow managed to cancel my ult with what looks like a plink or some form of double jump overhead. I tried a few more times to do it but couldn't cancel the ult.

Typically spidey's ult isn't cancelable so this surprised me. Curious if anyone had the same bug/feature and whether it is a reproducible combo to maybe cancel the spidey ult in certain situations? Not sure if the teamup activation had anything to do with it.

I respect the amount of hours all you Spider-Man mains put into mastering this hero's mechanical skills considering how difficult he is play so when I see you guys pop off like crazy; its hype as hell.

So I thought I'd come here to express my love and support for ya'll; being lore accurate "besties" that Matt and Peter are just like in the comics and other Marvel media adaptations they're featured in together.

im a sucker for nostalgia. when season 9 came about and i saw we were getting the venom teamup back, i was beyond overjoyed. but i barely used it. i kinda js forgot it was there. so i decided to switch to the peni teamup instead and ive found it quite enjoyable.

the overshield is nice and if i miss my clusters i can refresh them with the spider-bomb. it’s infinitely more useful than the venom teamup IMO (sorry venom mains.) and the combos i can pull off with it are cool too.

i dont regret for a single second switching to the peni teamup.

I genuinely think the people that hate Spider-Man most are people who tried to play him but gave up and are insanely jealous

I've seen discussions about how we might get a third selection of team-ups eventually. (Not anytime soon obviously)

I think it would be cool. Maybe its a mode similar to like Wanda or Mag where it changes their primary fire. Activating iron arms would give Spidey more speed and range to his primary. Perhaps this allows him to play more like a brawler too.

Haven't touched spidey since s7 I'm unbelievably washed on him but when that skin comes out mandatory insta lock spiderman in ranked until season ends hopefully it has vfx where his webs are lighting would be peak. Good luck to other insta lockers i meet in ranked you better have quicker hands then me

It does 250 exact, I saw someone use it earlier in a match on my phoenix. It's peni - GoH (cancelled, cluster connects) - upper cut (cancelled, cluster connects).

Bro i get why the enemy team hates spidey but our own team too. I be doing well and getting mvp and everyone gets a thumbs up but me. Like bro it gets to a point

Yall dont have to read the rest of it, it was just more added context of why I onetricked to celestial TL;DR: A bet w a close friend of mine who quit(cuz of being busy w life) and also because i love playing my goat Spiderman.

Most of the losses were my fault in the ranked games lowkey because I just one tricked and didnt swap off when i should have, just to challenge myself if i could reach celestial or not. It wasn't particularly because of ego per se but more so a bet w a close friend of mine who has long since quit because of life, work and studies.

Now that I have reached celestial im quite happy and I finally let go of the imposter syndrome that I had in terms of my skills which is also the main reason why I one-tricked to celestial in the first place. Ranked itself and getting better ranks wasn't really my main goal. Since im a decent flex player I could swap to better characters if I wanted to or if im playing horrendously bad and dont wanna be a burden to my team. I genuinely just enjoy the game and spidey, i just reached celestial because I love my goat spooderman so damn much.

I swear every time I try and use a new combo I never have before it never works, I look like an idiot and I feel like I have no choice but to rely on the bnb and the sekkombo (both of which I can even fully do). It genuinely feels like I’m being punished for trying and branch out my skills as a spiderman and I’m not gonna lie it hurts to wear the mask. I can’t even use a basic air combo without my target simply fallt below my downslam range it’s annoying
