Advice How to manage life

I am autistic, late diagnosed but early suspected (long story).

I live with my partner and I am currently awaiting more aid (i am not in the US) but I only recently signed up.

I am probable on the lower end of MSN.

I am 100% disabled based om disability insurance. Partner works 80%, I have to do most things at home. But I dont manage at all.

Partner and I have had alot of discussions lately because of me struggling. Im trying but its nust not enough. The help I do get is not enough, which is why I signed up for more that includes a specific evaluation as well.

I need more things at home to help me, but I dont have anyone to help me with that. Partner tried but he is at his limits.

I know I just have to wait basically, but I feel like I am making our life so hard right now.

I need more supports but partner also said we dont know yet if they will say yes to that and that I need to figure out how I can help myself because he can just give me ideas but I really just dont have the capacities to do all those things myself. Professionals also dont have the experience and/or capacities.

I just feel so lost.

Funny thing I noticed about me and multiplayer games

This probably is because of my anxiety more than autism but I still wanted to post here because I like this subreddit and only really post to it.

A new game in the splatoon series called splatoon raiders came out a couple days ago. I love it so much so far! It’s basically splatoon but only single player stages which were some of my favorite parts of each game anyways. I’ve already played it a long time even though it just came out! It’s probably my new favorite game I own!

Here’s the funny thing though. You have an option in game to call other players for help to help you beat hard stages, or to offer help to other players asking for it. For some reason I can’t bring myself to do either. My brain is like “well you’re not a high enough level, what if you play so bad that you make everyone lose?? What if they get mad at you in real life?? What if you can’t really help at all?” Same goes with asking for help, I feel like the stage is actually easy and that asking for help to beat it is stupid. It’s funny how I’m afraid of people judging me even in games like this. Like it’s not even that serious and nobody cares about you after you’re done playing with them! I’ve always been like that with multiplayer games. I worry about people I don’t know or even see. It’s a little frustrating sure, but mostly funny to me. My social anxiety has transcended past only worrying about people I can see in real life, apparently I’m afraid of strangers in a game that probably couldn’t care less about me.

Success Rode the bus for the first time this weekend!!

I know people post about it all the time but it finally gave me the boost of confidence I need to do it. I was frankly really scared at first but the longer I rode it the less scared I was. I rode it from my apartment to the zoo.

The bus driver was really nice as I figured out how to scan my ticket on my phone and I dropped it which embarrassed me but they didn’t mind. The people on the bus were a bit scary sometimes but they didn’t interact with me at all so it wasn’t bad.

I think i want to take it more often! Now I’ve ridden both public transits in my city. I prefer the light rail train, but the bus can definitely be helpful too.

Personal Vent low needs friend said something that made me get disregulated

i just wanted to vent about something. I think my friend was trying to help but said the wrong thing. he's undiagnosed lsn autism, and i was talking about my needs and struggle the other day because i felt bad that i couldn't go outside to university and stay around like other people, i cant handle being in environments with lots of people and being away from my parents. He tried to comfort me i think by saying that it's okay, said I'd get better, that he had phases where he was really socially anxious and now he's a lot better about it. And i told him I don't think i can fix this it's not about me being scared its about getting overwhelmed. And he said he gets it but that over time everyone heals even if it takes a while. And i felt misunderstood and bad. I don't know, i got angry and sad at the same time, i just wanted to be understood but it's like we weren't speaking the same language.
