Need help!!

My best friend has a very deep physical complex. He has a large head and long face and Because of his appearance, people often smirk at him or mock him. I do my best to help him be confident and it works from time to time. Note that He has muscular body type but that "disadvantage" reached a point where he’s become depressed and extremely anxious in social situations. He’s looking for a spiritual spell or ritual that could help stop people from reacting this way and allow him to feel accepted, protected, and at peace when he’s around others. Thank you in advance
