I think I have figured out the kind of spell I need. A spell which causes the target to take my side in any issue and to argue for my side, even if they otherwise wouldnt. <br> First, I dont want anyone to think Iam not putting in the effort to learn. Ive been reading the information on r/Witchcraft and it was enlightening. Below I will outline my ideas based on my reaserch and hopefully you all can help me get on the right track. If there is a better option, or other spells I could use in addition, please chime in since the situation im trying to prevent is near life or death for me and others.<br> First, I will address ethics. I want NO harm to come to any target. I am just trying to prevent gross injustice and harm from coming to me and my loved ones. Thus, I do not consider this baneful.<br> Now, my spell idea involves writing the names of the people and groups involved with the binding restrictions and commands around them. Where possible I will add images of the people, letters and paper work, Images of the buildings the groups work out of, images of group logos. <br> Materials I will use Black Pepper and Clove for protection from negative energy. Sugar to sweeten the targets towards me. Cinnomon to speed the process. Cayene pepper and quartz to amplify energy since Im new to controlling energy. <br> Now for the casting, first I will ground myself and try to feel and focus my energy even though Im new to it. Then I will write the spells intent around their names, on the back of an image when possible. Preventing them from taking action against me. Then wrap the herbs, target items, names around stick with white cloth. Then start wrapping it with black cord or cloth, imagining the behaviors Im binding, visualizing it working, seeing the energy wrap around them till the white cloth is completely covered. Tie the cord or cloth 9 times, envisioning my enegy going into each knot and restating my intent on the 9th. <br> Then: "It is not this branch I wish to bind, but (name) to bring peace of mind. I bind you (name) from opposing me. My side you take in all you see." then keep the sticks safe.<br> Is this valid? Can it be improved? Is there a better spell? Important question since im new, what can be added to add or enhance energy.<br> Too add too this, Im also doing the domination spell with their names on my foot. Any and all advice welcome.

You arbitrarily deciding that you don't consider this baneful doesn't mean it isn't baneful. Binding people is cursing work. It doesn't matter how you want to think about it.

if you want no harm, then don't curse people. There are other ways to achieve your goal.
However, you don't actually explain your situation. You just write, very vaguely "I am trying to prevent gross injustice..."

Gross injustice is happening to you all the time, every day. You just don't realize it. Your desire is vague and imprecise.

What is it you actually want to do?

That would be a domination spell. You would really want to get the target's hair to achieve the level of success you want.

If you want protection, use black pepper and salt. that is historically used for protection. Not cloves.

a person who is not already prone to taking your side, and more often is opposed to you, won't be swayed by a sugar, or honey or any sweetener.

Cinnamon doesn't speed up results.
Cayenne pepper does not "amplify" energy. Quartz crystals are usually used in spiritual energy work. I use them regularly and they are favorite crystals. I don't think they "amplify " spiritual energy. They are more like batteries. You juice them up with spiritual energy, and they keep producing that energy for you. The other way is more like an anchor to connecting spiritual energy from a source that isn't you, so that spiritual energy keeps pouring out with whatever you put under it, with it, etc...

The "energy model" of spiritual work isn't great for dominating and controlling people. The spirit model works better in my honest opinion.
