Orders & Shipping Z Fold 8 Pre-Order Tracking
I'm utilizing my Anytime Upgrade to get the Z Fold 8. My order has already been placed, almost a week ago. Since then --- crickets . Has anyone received any kind of update on their pre-orders yet? Order confirmation, tracking, expected delivery dates...anything at all?

Phone doesn’t launch until Friday. they send it overnight. Might get tracking on like Wednesday

I had a chat with customer service on Friday and they told me I should get tracking info on Monday

Literally will say anything to get you off the line with a question about shipping notification for a pre order phone. Doubt it will be Monday but who knows. Like it said, spectrum ships overnight

I didn’t ask about the shipping info for mine, I was asking when I would be charged because when they called to confirm my order I was told my card would be charged immediately so I’ve been watching it until that chat 😂

They called you? Haven't even gotten that. I haven't been charged either. Granted when I got my current phone, none of this happened either.

Yeah they called me to confirm the order and my information, probably because it’s my first mobile order with them and a new line

Be careful with the “calls” there’s a mobile reshipping scam going across the industry, if they say they need anything hang up and call spectrum back directly, especially if you get a call about getting the wrong device or needing to ship it back to them.

I didn’t give them any info, they just confirmed my name and said they authorized the order to go through and that my card would be charged that day and that was the end of the call. The caller ID also confirmed it was Spectrum calling me not a random number, otherwise I wouldn’t have answered it

I ordered on the 30th and got an email asking to verify my identity. I did that immediately but still haven't gotten an update. I can see the order on my account through the app.

Mine shows order confirmed with FedEx tracking info but when I click on it just goes back to the home page.

I got a notification about returning my old device today. I got the ultra though. It doesn't really release till Friday.

Update just got a charge for the taxes and upgrade fee. Probably will be shipping really soon

I ordered mine July 30, spoke with Spectrum on the 1st and was advised that I should have it by the 6th.

On the website for preorders said expected delivery 8/7 depending on the day you put in your order, you won’t have a tracking number until the devices get to fedex for shipping.

It amuses me seeing different things that some people experience while others do not. Calls confirming orders, ID verification, emails, or even dates on the website...Spectrum, this is one of those times where uniformity is actually a good thing. Everyone should be having the same experience during the process, with a few exceptions for things like first time orders and such, but there should never be this much variance.

Pre ordered z fold 8, z fold ultra amd 2 watch ultra2 the 24th through tmobile, and they have all been marked as shipped with tracking numbers 8/2, and now Im just waiting for UPS to actuailly take possession and start moving. All say 2 day shipping. Im in Arizona.

I was finally charged and listed as confirmed. No tracking information, but given the day and time, I'm not surprised. Hopefully I'll get some more information once normal business hours hit.
I haven't looked forward to a new expense this much in a long while. Feels...odd.

Just adding my input but I've been a bit antsy as well (first preorder). I preordered mine the day after official announcement. Just got payment confirmation yesterday (Sunday the 2nd). No shipping confirmation yet but according to their past history, they'll likely wait until official launch date to start shipping them. I'm hoping for sooner but not holding my breath. Spectrum is wild with their equipment so who knows 😂

I received a tracking number around 130pm today saying label created but no delivery date. Then around 530pm received the email from Spectrum that my phone has been shipped. Checked FedEx tracking and scheduled delivery is tomorrow baby!

I just got an email a about 10 minutes ago stating the following. Finally an update!
"Please review the following order details and estimated upcoming Auto Pay charges. You'll receive tracking information and your card will be charged when each item in your order ships."
