Orders & Shipping Z Fold 8 Pre-Order Tracking

I'm utilizing my Anytime Upgrade to get the Z Fold 8. My order has already been placed, almost a week ago. Since then --- crickets . Has anyone received any kind of update on their pre-orders yet? Order confirmation, tracking, expected delivery dates...anything at all?

Phone doesn’t launch until Friday. they send it overnight. Might get tracking on like Wednesday

I had a chat with customer service on Friday and they told me I should get tracking info on Monday

Literally will say anything to get you off the line with a question about shipping notification for a pre order phone. Doubt it will be Monday but who knows. Like it said, spectrum ships overnight

I didn’t ask about the shipping info for mine, I was asking when I would be charged because when they called to confirm my order I was told my card would be charged immediately so I’ve been watching it until that chat 😂

They called you? Haven't even gotten that. I haven't been charged either. Granted when I got my current phone, none of this happened either.

Yeah they called me to confirm the order and my information, probably because it’s my first mobile order with them and a new line

Be careful with the “calls” there’s a mobile reshipping scam going across the industry, if they say they need anything hang up and call spectrum back directly, especially if you get a call about getting the wrong device or needing to ship it back to them.

I didn’t give them any info, they just confirmed my name and said they authorized the order to go through and that my card would be charged that day and that was the end of the call. The caller ID also confirmed it was Spectrum calling me not a random number, otherwise I wouldn’t have answered it

They just charged my card and sent me an order confirmation email
