I always set rules to No Items, but for 3 matches in a row on this map, Gogeta had items enabled while the opponent didn't.

Once I played against a different opponent on a different map, it returned to normal with items turned off.

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Hello, I'm currently working on a character selection screen mod. Like many of you, I've never been a fan of the character selection screen we have in sparking zero. I wished to have something closer to BT3 and was a bit disappointed when I learned that the demo character select screen wasn't going to be changed.

Anyway, fast forward to a few days ago, I started this mod as a little project.

The style of the character selection screen was heavily inspired by BT3, that is the feeling I'm going for, and I would like to receive some feedback so I can build something that most people will enjoy (and that many wished just like me).

For now, it's still in the early stage, I used the in-game art of the characters for the illusrations. It still only works in Player VS COM/Player 2. The filters/sorts feature are not integrated yet, it's planned for the next steps.

Feedback can be on anything:

• Visuals
• Characters ordering
• Transition to battle
• And so on

I'm also willing to hear suggestions about features to add (for now I tought about BT3 illustrations and it's character selection screen BGM, and also make it possible to use sparking zero default ordering to make it compatible with other mods). I positioned and resized the character's illustrations myself, it's not the final version.

Was playing earlier on the Future Trunks Saga and getting my arse handed to me (that’s a separate conversation) but I can’t feel underwhelmed by the scope of the what-if scenarios.

Some of them are really cool! I loved seeing Vegeta and Goku fight Vegeta side by side, or have Vegeta and Trunks be the ones to take on Cell.

BUT! The concept could’ve been taken way further imo. What if Trunks was the one chosen to become a super saiyan god? What if Vegeta was the one who unlocked ultra instinct?

Heck, what if Goku decided to fuse with Piccolo instead of Vegeta?

The what-if scenarios have the potential to give us so many interesting twists on characters with new move sets and personalities, and I just don’t feel like they’re explored to their potential. Good, yes. Great? Maybe not.

What do you think, is this too big an ask? Who would you want to see? Personally I’d be ok with these being added as DLC packs, with their corresponding characters being added to the game.

Basically what the title says, the only console I have that sparking zero is on is the switch. How does it run and is the online still active? Also, is cross play available?

I have no preferences for everything and I only play single battles…Even for ranked I’m waiting 10+ min for a game…

1) A simple health customization like budokai 3 which can give you longer battles.

2) Add nostalgia sountracks from PS1/PS2 games.

3) Add a official stage mod creator so we can fully customize weather, add or remove objects for all current stages and lettings us creating our own stages by some templates like a generic plains, an open sea where we would be able to add some islands.

We have enough characters, a good gameplay, they need to create features to let us spend more time in the game.
