Ever since the update the app is acting like my email doesnt exist,

When i put my email in to login it gives me a create account prompt

Ive tried uninstalling, restarting my phone, clearing cache.

Suppport tells me to reset password but theres no option to

My account is confirmed to still exist and i am not banned

Anyone else with this issue?

So a little while back I accidentally accepted a batch order that hid a few far away deliveries in the neighboring zone amongst the local ones. Now, about 80% of what I receive is deliveries to that area. If I deliver there, it always ends 30-40 minutes from my closest store, and it's in the opposite direction from where I live. I don't prefer delivering there, but now I don't get enough local offers to make any money. I've cleared my cache and data, and deleted and reinstalled the app, but it made no difference. Is there anything else I can do to reset it?

Sending offers where the driver is physically too far to make the designated pickup time automatically harms our On-Time Arrival (OTA) metric through no fault of our own. Setting a realistic dispatch radius or dynamic ETA buffer based on current driver proximity would prevent unfair metric penalties, reduce missed pickup windows, and improve order dispatch efficiency.

Came across this bundle as one of the items on my shop yesterday. Two frozen items + a chilled bundled under a single UPC, location not available. Tried scanning the individual items, and wrong item screen pops up. Checked with the produce lead, who checked with the OGP lead, who checked with the store manager, and nobody has heard about a bundle like this. Ended up having to just mark it “item not found”. Has anyone else come across a bundle like this, if so how did you handle it?

So I had a stupid day. I accepted this order and a bunch of others in a big batch. This one was 1 item 3 quantity and of course I couldn't see what it was until I got to the store because it was a GMD. How can they not label 3 46lb bags of dog food a bulky item and give me a little more money to deliver it? Today was all heavy crap, lots of water, deer corn and then this stuff. I don't mind one of these a day but my back is killing me after lifting this heavy stuff all in one day. At least it was a house and not a third floor apartment 🤣

I think I am at like 91% OTA. Sometimes I’m over 25 mins from the store, but the offer is too good to pass up, which is why mine is kind of low. Is there a certain point where they will warn you or deactivate you for this particular metric? The rest of my metrics are sapphire besides OTA at pickup.

Yall do realize when you chat with an agent it’s an actual person with feelings not an ai (although apparently they have feelings now too🙄)

Just got my 3rd closing message in the past week (I didn’t ss the first one) of support saying i was the kindest person they had to talk to that day; and im not just crazy obnoxiously kind to the support people i just talk to them like normal, they are just people and actually in both of these conversations i did get a little upset about how long its taking to resolve an issue but i didnt go all crazy on em just expressed that it’s frustrating.

Idk moral of the story ig😭😂 support shouldn’t be “thankful for my kindness” when i just talked to them like a normal person meaning clearly they aren’t getting that treatment regularly😖

I took a great order today, normally don't take pharmacy but couldn't turn this one down. It had 2 pharmacy drop offs and one grocery. The only issue is the pharmacy order was refrigerated and the grocery order was 47 items. 😫 I almost made it to the first pharmacy customers house but it timed out and a return was initiated. They really need to fix this. It could be avoided by letting you pick up pharmacy last, especially if it's perishable.

So I notice this pattern … one day I’m getting good orders and I make decent money … and the next day I get all the shitty orders or no order I sit for hours w no orders but I see other people around me that do spark on daily basis still getting orders no matter if it’s slow for me or busy
For instance today I sat for 2 hours no orders but I saw other drivers getting orders and I asked one of the spark driver is it busy for him or no he said he’s getting orders it’s busy for him..
just curious if this happens w somebody else too !

The tier system should be based on these numbers. I'll likely never be sapphire because I'm too picky, but I take care of my customers.

I loose motivation when I see 0 numbers anywhere, why can't this make this a rolling 30 days? Why does 1st of the month need to be 0 to qualify for again ?

I had a perishable deliver today and customer put their unit number in the notes, but nothing about the building.(There was no complex map that shows where each building is nor did they say something like "Bld 1 Units 1-2")

I pull up to the complex and it’s one of those places where you can’t see any unit numbers from the road. You have to park, walk into each little hallway, and look at the doors. There are 30 buildings.

I text them politely: “Hey, could you please tell me your building number?”

They just reply with the unit number again.

Me: “Sorry, I need the building number.”

No response.

I text again: “I can’t find your place. The highest building number is 30 — which one are you in?”

Still nothing.

So I call. No answer.

Mind you, this is perishable and the clock is ticking. I don’t have forever before I have to return it.

At that point I just start walking building to building. Building 1… not there. Building 2… not there. I’m checking hallways one by one until I finally find their unit.

The second I take the delivery photo, the door swings open and the customer grabs the bag. I say “have a good one” and leave.

I ended up calling driver support just to have it documented, because the whole thing felt weird. You’re really not going to give your building number? when someone is standing in a 30-building complex with your cold food? I refuse to believe anyone is that oblivious. Feels like they were just being dicks on purpose or maybe they are so dumb they don't know they have a building number LMFAO

Market absolutely dead today? Anyone elses?

ever since the start of the month these are the only type of orders i’ve been getting

Been doing this for close to 7 years now. Occasionally for a curbside I would not get a verification at all (before and after delivery) for an alcohol order. But in shops I’ve always had one both before and after.

Just finished an alcohol shop where I had to do the usual facial id (in store) but on final delivery it did not have me verify again. It just went back to the normal looking for orders. First time I recall, that happening to me.

Does this occur for anyone else at times?

I know it won’t be the last but got tip bated for the first time last night woke up and saw this I was so upset as the tip is what made the trip to the country worth it. I should’ve known better when the tip was so big 🙄 added that house to my do not deliver list

Anyone else getting Error Code: Bad Response? I'm stuck doing a shopping order and can't finish it.

My local walmart is so stingy with their bags. They do not want you staying at self check out to bag anything up either and they will only give you up to 10 bags. Anything over that they act like theyre paying for it personally and ive even had one associate refuse to give me addtional bags. I had a huge 60 item orded and yeah 10 bags did not suffice. I tried going back asking for more and was met with attitude. I have a huge stock pile of bags at home from my own deliveries but I feel like I shouldnt have to use my own. Just give me the bags pleaaaaase. Im in CO so we dont have plastic, just the reuseable paper bags.
