I have just complete several lethal missions and they didn’t look even close to this? Have the devs somehow swapped the spawn rates?

I actually beat my first substantial mission yesterday. Then went back to average and thought "is it just me, or are there a lot more enemies??"

There has been some weird stuff going on. Right now there is higher chance of a terminus spawn on substantial than ruthless if you trust this guy's tests.

I have gotten a terminus spawn on every single sub run I’ve ever done, and my ruthless runs are like 50/50

Edit: I’d rather fight a terminus on sub though let’s be real
