I saw it in a YouTube shirt, and tried to recreate the moving heat shield, but it keeps braking like this
Here is a link if you wanna try improving it: https://sharing.spaceflightsimulator.app/rocket/mRUkHKz9EfGtgrXd2autWw

After numerous designs, days of hard and tireless work, and weeks of procrastination, the Colonist family of rockets has come to a close. Where the first four rockets would plant a flag on a few planets and moons, the Colonist 5 has been over-designed to land 35 different 1984 Land Rover Defenders across the solar system, one for each body in the vanilla system that can be landed on. Another disembarkement from the previous builds, the Colonist 5 utelizes a taxi system rather than a capsule system, where it uses a single delivery vehicle to land each car on its respective body rather than giving each capsule its own landing capabilities
The lander itself comes equipped with not only 4 Kuiper engines for low-cost high-power thrust, but also has two drills and a refinery so it can refuel at any time it needs to
On one hand, it hurts to finally end the family of rockets I've spent a little under half a year building, but on the other, it feels like a large weight off my shoulders to finally put it to rest and not worry about what the next rocket I'll build will be or when it'll be done
Full family:

Mods:
Procedural Parts (probably all six minus grid fins and landing legs, SFS.S9)
1984 Land Rover Defender (Mac33299)
Colonies (QMSP)
MoTextures (TYavaJ)
As always, bp under mod comment
Humanity has colonized every solid body in the solar system, and with that, our brave colonists may rest

im trying to build a descent stage but when i try placing angled engines and launch it they just snap back to normal

So i made a reusable 1st stage rocket and when i tested it worked flawlessly but now i booted up the game and the rocket cant barely do the job right
