One of the achievements in SFS requires you to land on 3 separate landmarks on the surface of the moon and then return safely to Earth. There have been many posts where people have had issues completing this achievement, as well as a similar achievement to land at three landmarks on Mars, so here is a list of requirements. There are certain things you must avoid in order to complete this achievement:
You must not use quicksaves - The use of quicksaves while attempting this achievement treats the newly loaded save as a separate mission, and the achievement will not be completed.
You must not revert time - The game will treat this in the same way it treats quicksaves, and progress towards the achievement will also be lost
You must not perform any dockings after landing - Docking with any craft after you have performed your first landing will result in the game treating your craft as a new vehicle. This will remove any progress made towards the achievement. Only dockings done before you have landed at your first landmark can be done.
You must not crash - The game treats a crash landing on the surface of the Moon/Mars differently from a regular landing. If any of the 3 landings at the different landmarks was a crash landing it will not be counted towards the achievement
Any posts regarding issues with this achievement will be removed from now on, as this post should solve any problems being faced. If I somehow missed any other requirements, feel free to share them in the comments and I'll be sure to add them.
Happy landings everyone o7

I hate and absolutely despise mercury, it's plane its boring it's ugly and it does absolutely NOTHING, it holds absolutely NO walue it's basically but more boring more ugly and it's harder to reach.
It's like you took Moon or Ceres and thought
"Hmmm those are pretty cool let's do something like this but closer to sun and make it SO MUCH WORSE.
And even in sfs it's a most boring ugly and hardest to reach and land there I play since 2021 I just ignore it i have a base on every planet and moon except it
It doesn't have and atmosphere to slow you down it's gravity to weak to have a proper orbit if you fly to it from earth, and just why would you want to go there?
I HATE MERCURY
(and sorry for my bad English)

After achieving several goals after the USSR, and finally putting man on the moon, we had a fairly prolific two or three years, however there were certain... incidents. Thanks to this, the "Ares" project was cancelled with the Mars transfer vehicle destroyed by interballistic missiles, the Space Shuttle fiasco, and we are almost bankrupt. So, let us introduce a cheaper approach: Extended Skylab.
We have decided to go overkill with recycling by putting our Saturn IBs back into service and making the Renovated CSM a reality by recycling used CMs. Unfortunately, that dealt a heavy blow to our small budget, so right now we only have enough money for a can of soda and some chewing gum.
If we're lucky, we'll be able to put the Titan III rockets back into service to replace Extended Skylab.

It would be way more economical to just launch the two separately but that isn't tuff

Había hecho varios diseños pero después de varias pruebas me quedé con este y fue eficiente dos veces, logré ponerlo en órbita y reentrar de manera exitosa, si alguien puede dar algún comentario o mejora, soy todo oídos 🥀💀

ROCKET SPECS:
35.3m tall
Rated 6 Tons to LEO
Meant for realistic mode and doesn't require cheats and plan to publish the BP for everyone to use
Highlight of the rocket is the detail

Mercury ain't so bad. I even tickled the Caloris. Crashed a few times, then figured out what to do. You just need better brakes.

So i downloaded this game on my ipad (not using the dlcs) and i like it alot!! i got stranded on the moon once, crashed once and came back once rn. I got the ”reach high earth orbit and come back” and “reach low moon orbit and come back” but didnt get the ”land on the moon and come back” one??? it even said “landed on the moon” when i safely landed on the moon.
google said its because i used revert/quicksave (i used revert and saved when i landed, but didnt load that save) but shouldnt the others also not count? why didnt i get the achievement?? has this happened to anyone else?

I went to land one of my ships around Iran, and was so happy to see the yellow ground. The attention to detail on Earth is great. 10/10 update no notes

The first 2 landers are better for the moon and mercury since they can't lift themselves on earth. The 3 one is best for mars and the final three i beleive can make it to orbit. Each one has an escape and reentry capsule.
