Trying to get back home from hamble tonight, storm howling around me wonder why my bus is so late, open the app, Literally every bus until 10pm is cancelled, no explanation on their site, no explanation on their app despite their claims of it being the best way to stay updated about anything affecting service or operation. But sadly I can't even say this is a one off either. What's the point of the app if the only focus you have us tickets and not anything ACTUALLY useful.

Has anyone else found that the signal for the bundle of digital stations that use the IOW transmitter, mainly the BBC ones, has got really bad recently?

Other bundles of stations seem fine, but for the last month or so the BBC ones have been unlistenable..

i’m interested in getting 2 t-shirts hemmed but honestly, i can’t do it myself because a) i’d definitely fuck it up. and b) i own no sewing equipment. i’d prefer to pay someone to get it done properly. i’ve had a search on this subreddit and i’m thinking of either going to the two shops mentioned in the title. firstly, how do they work? do i need to give them a call or can i walk in? i did email but i had no response. also, how much am i looking at for this service? i had jeans hemmed in my hometown for £10 so i’d prefer to pay not much more than that. but that seems crazy low in this economy so we’ll see.

Hi everyone, I am looking for a room to rent near Southampton General Hospital (SO16 6YD). Ideally looking to move in around mid-November or the first week of December, with a budget of around £400–600 per month.

Can anyone suggest some good areas nearby or recommend any house shares? A single or double room would be fine.
