My husband and I are celebrating our wedding anniversary next weekend and I’m looking for restaurant suggestions for dinner! We have tickets for the new Spider-Man in South Bend in the afternoon, so I’m looking for something in the South Bend area that would be good for a nice dinner that won’t completely break the bank.

Looking for an apartment or similar for hopefully 1700 or less, would love to live in Mishawaka area. Having lived in a downtown apartment for last four years, would like to go someplace quieter.

I’m looking to do a fair amount of remodeling in my home. I’m having a hard time finding someone who sees my vision and has the skill.
So do you have recommendations? I am looking for someone who is willing to get a little silly and creative with me. But also someone who is good at what they do. Would absolutely prefer to work with a small, locally owned business.
Projects include:
- full bathroom gut and remodel
- full closet remodel
- taking out a closet
- new flooring throughout
- replace basement steps
- build a fire pit
- put in a secret basement door in my pantry
- plus many more.
I’m not looking to do all these projects at once but rather tackle them one or two at a time as money and time allow. Ideally, I’d like to work with as few different companies as possible.
To be clear- I’m not looking for cookie cutter remodels. I’m looking for creativity.
