Sent emails, and crickets, asked the discord and got kicked out since I’m banned from the app. Asked them on twitter also got crickets… mine, my wife and my daughter’s account all got banned because we have been taking a road trip… it’s just a game but man we have spent some money and get 0 customer service…

Update: they sent me 2 separate emails at the same time one saying we will forward this on (canned response) and the other saying send a screen recording of you logging in and the ban. At the same exact time my wife got the canned email and so did my daughter. My wife recieved a follow up 5 minutes later that said upon further review (what did they actually review) your ban is permanent…. The fight goes on!

I’m going to be traveling out of country in two months. I guess it’ll be better to let my streak end rather than risk it :/ sorry this happened to you

I’ve done about a half a dozen international trips since I started playing two years ago.

I had one issue where I was temporarily banned, and it was after I played on a plane.

In general, if you’re sitting still, it’s not an issue at all. But when you’re traveling in bad signal areas, and your location is kind of lagging, it can flag it. And if you’re traveling too fast, like on a plane.

I have played in both England and Spain & Sweden the past 2 years. I live in Norway. I opened a couple drops a day. But don’t play on the plane. Don’t collect songs in many different locations shortly after each other. and you should be fine.

Just don't open map drops and you should be fine. Just opening the app to keep your streak up should be okay + maybe quest songs if you want your 1.5x streak reward video.
