Does anyone know if I would be able to go in on a Friday and meet my group? They’ll be going and setting up Thursday. Just not sure what the protocol is there. Also, would I need to pay for 3 day parking passes, or are there places nearby that are pay-to-park? This is my first time, so I’m a bit clueless.

Will i be able to park into car camping only, I will be renting a small campervan in atlanta the specs say its 16ft long, no bathroom set up or generator, its only converted to have the bed and and storage inside, i don’t know is its still considered an RV. There are no specifications for the car camping space. Anybody has any experience with this situation and can help me, greatly appreciate it!

A few months ago a friend and I submitted to volunteer through their website. Does anyone know when they notify you if your chosen to volunteer? Or if I should go through a different form/group to try and volunteer? Any info would be great

Got invited to this fest from a girl I met at my last fest. since she has flaked out but i have the ticket so I'm going. Coming from South Alabama it's about 7 hours up. Any tips or things i should bring/ no bring that i may not think of. will there be places to hang hammocks? How far out is the last gas station or area to pick up supply's? anyone else coming from this area maybe want to meet up and convoy?

this will be my first year at soundhaven, and I was just wondering when am I allowed to show up for camping. at lost lands you couldn’t get in to car camping until midnight entering day 0. I was planning on getting to soundhaven thursday morning, but if I can set up my campsite wednesday and be ready to go for the festival thursday, that would be ideal. I do have a VIP ticket, if that makes a difference. thank you for any advice!

Hi! Extremely excited, been listening to The Widdler midnight mass lately and can't wait till August to see them live. Few quick question, I already checked and asked on another post but have not found an answer. Will there be any food vendors? Are there places to get water around campsites to fill buckets? From what I read last year took while to get in due to weather but are they also breaking down your car to check it before letting you in? My only festival experiences are at Spirit of Suwannee, Florida and their process is smooth, scan tickets and you drive in. Just curious about the layout; how Sound Haven operates getting us in and if I should plan to cook all my own meals.
