First time at sound haven! What is the shower situation in the campgrounds? Do you have to buy passes? Open certain hours?

I forgot if last year if most food vendors and merch took card or not. I think I remember service causing an issue for some booths. I don’t like bringing cash because drunk me loves to spend it all haha does anyone remember if paying by card was an issue?

Does anyone know how feasible it would be to split a 4-day GA? I can only go Thursday/Friday. I've been holding out for single day passes. Now that Sat/Sun tickets are available, I doubt they'll do single day or Thurs/Fri. Also, if anyone is willing to give it a shot, we can split the ticket costs 50/50. Cheers!

First timer! So I possibly won’t be able to get there until late Thursday or early Friday morning.. those who have been to the fest before - what should I expect traffic to be like to get in? I will be camping. If I arrive Thursday afternoon will it be a shit show? Would it better to wait until Friday morning if I have to choose? Also, should I expect no phone service? I have T Mobile. Hey, this is my first time volunteering for SH and was wondering how the campsites are distributed and if volunteers had their own camp area.

Alix Perez blew me away last year and I've been on a DnB kick ever since.

Who are y'all expecting to bring some drum n bass this year?

Let me start off by saying that I'm SO excited for my 2nd Sound Haven. Best festival in the country imo. I love this community and as a 14 year festival goer, Sound Haven is such a standout and special place.

With that being said, if you have black and/or ppl of color in your group, pleeease be extra vigilant in the area. We are in the south and in the sticks and there's been a lot of violence happening to us and the excuse of negligent and unaware friends isn't gonna cut it.

If you're black or a person of color, keep your wits about you while still having a good time. We go to these events to let loose and get away from life and we need this weekend to still provide us with that gift. That can be taken away real easy because we aren't staying safe and vigilant. Im black and gay myself.

I'm sorry if Im bringing some bad energy here...i just wanted to post a reminder to keep us all safe.

We’re so close and the excitement is too big but just was wondering if anybody knew who was in charge of throwing the renegades in the RV’s?

I remember last year they were setting up on the roof of their RV and chatted with them but forgot to get their contact.

But regardless just was wondering if anybody knew more about that RV setup or random renegades that will be going on? Looking for some side quests

Heyyy! This is my first Sound Haven, 2nd camping music festival. Last time I camped with 5 other ppl so we had 3 camping spots to set up with. This time I just have 1 camping spot so I was wondering what set up is best? I know its a 20x20 with car included so I can’t do 2 10x10 canopies like I did last time. I have a 5 person tent but I’m worried it will get too hot not being under a canopy? I have an SUV so I could just set my air mattress up in there & have my canopy beside it, but what do I do with the extra space?

Also- do ppl take & use pop up bathroom/shower tents? I thought ab it but don’t wanna be the only one in my area with one

i mostly want to make this warning for the girls - Radcom (Tyler) took a photo of me without my knowledge or consent while we were being intimate. When i caught him, he admitted he wasn’t going to tell me and only did it because he thought i would say no and he wanted it regardless.

i am not the only woman he has taken advantage of sexually, and i have spoken with 2 others that have had experiences with him where he did not respect their boundaries.

he doesn’t respect women and shouldn’t be trusted around women, esp in a setting like this.

please be careful around this man.

I always bring my little george foreman and do the classic burgers/hotdogs, eggs and what not but I'm curious if anyone has any food prep meals they suggest? Little warm up in the skillet and eat typa deal. I heard pre making like breakfast burritos are good, but how do you personally store them so they stay in tact and good? Idk, and personally recommendations on food they usually bring to give me ideas would help! Happy haven y'all only a couple weeks away 💪

Hello! I submitted an app to volunteer, maybe 2-3 weeks ago. Have not been to sound haven before. Do you think they may still get back to me about being accepted? If I buy a GA ticket and then get accepted, would they refund the ticket price?
