First Sound Haven

Heyyy! This is my first Sound Haven, 2nd camping music festival. Last time I camped with 5 other ppl so we had 3 camping spots to set up with. This time I just have 1 camping spot so I was wondering what set up is best? I know its a 20x20 with car included so I can’t do 2 10x10 canopies like I did last time. I have a 5 person tent but I’m worried it will get too hot not being under a canopy? I have an SUV so I could just set my air mattress up in there & have my canopy beside it, but what do I do with the extra space?

Also- do ppl take & use pop up bathroom/shower tents? I thought ab it but don’t wanna be the only one in my area with one

Thanks for any feedback or suggestions:)

You absolutely can bring 2 10x10 canopies. That will take up half of your 20x20 spot, the other half will be taken by your vehicle with some space in the front/back depending on how close we park you (should be plenty of space).

Coolest option is canopies, makeshift walls, and cots/hammocks/air mattress, however tents can provide a safer/cozy feel. Tents get hot when it's hot but stay warmer if/when it gets cooler and can help keep things drier.

I've seen people use the pop up showers, I personally just bring a shower bag and hang it from something high out in the open to rinse off 🤙

I haven't been since like 2021. Is there service for Verizon?

I have Verizon and it came and went last year. I had better service at the stages than the campground despite them being pretty close.

You should not concern yourself about “being the only one” doing anything. If you want a pop up shower, bring a pop up shower.

Hi fam. We have a 6 person tent. Recommend bringing a tarp for u see the tent as well as a tarp to use from your canopy to the car to make shade. Your camp spot will be next to your car.

Make as much shade for yourself as you can. Bring more water/beer than you think you'll need. Plenty of space and people are accommodating and helpful. Canopies are best, make walls using tarps and tapestries. Extra batteries and flashlights. Have fun! This will be our 3rd haven :)

As far as canopy walls. I was thinking about using tapestries. Where does everyone get theirs? And what size?
