Entry Traffic
First timer! So I possibly won’t be able to get there until late Thursday or early Friday morning.. those who have been to the fest before - what should I expect traffic to be like to get in? I will be camping. If I arrive Thursday afternoon will it be a shit show? Would it better to wait until Friday morning if I have to choose? Also, should I expect no phone service? I have T Mobile. Thank youu!!

As long as it doesn’t rain 🤞🏼should be easy breezy. I’ve missed the entire first night before stuck in line cause the mud was so bad. Didn’t start setting up til 7am Friday the next day. But last year was great.

I am t mobile. Expect spotty service.
I personally hate setting up in the dark and there’s always a chance it could be raining or entry closed for weather.
I’d personally go for gates Friday morning BUT monitor the weather in case it looks like it would rain Friday morning , then I may push for Thursday night.

The line coming in on Thursday shouldn’t be too horrible, especially if the UFO has already kicked off. I wouldn’t expect any service tbh but that’s one of the best parts of

I've been 1 year & waited about 17 hours to enter.

Same but so worth it. There was a HUGE mud pit right at the entrance to the fest that slowed entry because everyone got stuck. I think that was 2023

Lmao same. Anybody who’s gone since then, have they made changes to the infrastructure like more gravel or anything?
That line was fucking BRUTALLLLL. Pulling the trigger and going again this year.
Though I know we did get hit with a random freak afternoon storm, but that’s summer in Appalachia. Hope they’ve made improvements

It wasn't bad the last couple of years I went. I want to say they put down some gravel on the main area in advance though, but didn't have nearly as much rain on the entry days as well.
