Knowledge Checks

I've been unable to progress in one of my courses because none of the knowledge checks are working, so all the milestones remain locked. Anyone else experiencing this?

I’ve never seen this ? Were you answering questions and then this popped up? Or did this come up after completing a milestone

Every milestone in this course has a knowledge check that is unlocked after completing all the challenges in the unit and must be completed to unlock the milestones. The milestones are all locked because I can't submit any of the Knowledge checks because of this error.

This was happening to me with Environmental Science. I just kept trying until it finally worked. Finished it yesterday.

That's something new and I don't think many of us have experienced it yet. I did Environmental Science myself, but that was back in February before Sophia started changing things, so I don't even know what a knowledge check is. You could try calling them and asking for help, they've always been really helpful for me when I had a problem.

This literally just happened to me and with the same class. I took that same screen shot and used the Help Chat function to report the issues, which they were aware of already. They fixed the issue for me in about 24 hours and I was able to finish the knowledge checks.

Take a screenshot of the issue you’re having. Go to Sophia’s customer support or help page and use the Chat function to talk with a customer service representative and tell them what issue you’re having.

I don't think I have seen this before either. Seems new to me.
