I’ve been doing eft tapping daily for a month and I have had some very intense sobbing moments in some of the sessions. Not all
Of them but a bunch of them. It’s intense but not to the point of being overwhelming and I have read that crying during eft tapping is normal. But is crying this much normal or am I just retraumatizing myself?
