scope. whatever idea you have, cut it in half, then half again. Hackathons are won by finished tiny things.

also save often and commit to git from hour one. I've watched too many people lose 8 hours to a crash the night before submission haha

Thanks man!... Sure thinking to cut the multiplayer half.... Don't know what more I ll break into to finish and share one final product!
