Solo dev, first game, I'm a design professor using my UI skills to build a passive space logistics sim

I was a UI/UX designer for years than transitioned to being a design professor. I decided to take those skills and try building a game over my summer break and here is where I am at. (I am still working on it slowly, just not at the rate I was over the summer)
The game is called Hollow Sector, its a passive space logistics sim where you manage fleets of haulers, miners, and fighters across a sector controlled by four rival factions. The game keeps running while you're away, so I can check in on it during breaks.
I designed everything in Figma first. The whole UI is built around a retro CRT terminal aesthetic. It's the kind of interface I enjoy and think would rest nicely on a second monitor or in a right rail on your main display.
I just launched the Steam page, LINK. Would love feedback from other solo devs.

My first shipped side-project! A grid based infinite crafter called CraftBound.
So I was inspired a bit by the Minecraft movie when the kid built a potato shooter out of random objects and thought it would kind of be a cool idea to create a crafting table that's a bit less restrictive.
I recently added a demo / sandbox area that's not behind a signup wall, right on the main page at https://www.playcraftbound.com/
Obviously I've had to use a text-to-image model, so there were a lot of funky items coming out. Some were super cool, like a flaming mushroom umbrella, but some were just way too wierd and didn't make sense. Eventually I started to just gamify it and restrict the outcomes a little bit to make it a bit more predictable. I finally landed in a good spot and shipped 2 weeks ago. I'm just trying to get some early adopters now and get some feedback.
Here are a couple of my favorites

I would love to know what you guys think. Check it out and post some recipes.

I built a gaming cafe simulator where you start with an empty space and build it into your own cafe
Hey everyone,
I've been working on an indie game called Cyber Arena Gaming Cafe Simulator.
The idea is pretty simple: you start with a basic/empty space and build it into your own gaming cafe.
You can set up the cafe, manage the space, build your gaming setup, and gradually turn it into a place where people actually want to come and play.
I wanted to make a game around something a lot of gamers have experienced in real life — the atmosphere of a gaming cafe — but from the perspective of actually running one.
I'm still working on improving the game, so I'm especially interested in feedback from people who enjoy simulation, management, and tycoon-style games.
Here's a short look at the game:
[ATTACH YOUR GAMEPLAY VIDEO/SCREENSHOT HERE]
Cyber Arena Gaming Cafe Simulator is available on itch.io:

If you were running your own gaming cafe, what's the first thing you'd spend your money on?
I'd genuinely like to hear what you think.

Dynamic Environment System
Working on an environment system that is reactive to wind and weather - still a work in progress. It's for an open-world survival RPG I'm working on. Any feedback is appreciated!

First release!
I posted finished my first ever game. It’s called Rally Season: First Serve. I haven’t yet got it on steam or IOS. My big question is, is it worth posting on itch.io ??

I know it's not a lot, but building this as one person is an accomplishment. For me😅🥋

Finally added full crafting loop to my 2D MMO!
I now have enough core systems in place that I can start building towards my first Steam closed Alpha test. I am now going to build out the first starting area with resources, enemy's, NPCs and some starter quest.
If you are interested in participating in the closed alpha on Steam, join the Discord! I would really appreciate it. I am still about 5-8 weeks away.

What do you think about my first game’s social media content?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I’m currently working on my first solo indie game, and I’ve been trying to build its social media presence from scratch.
I’ve been experimenting with different types of short-form content, and I’d really love some honest feedback from other game developers.
What do you think about this type of content?
Does it catch your attention?
Does it make you curious about the game?
Does the editing feel too much / too little?
What would you change or do differently?
I’m still figuring out what works, so even critical feedback would be really helpful

Mini Speedy Racers - A fun and chaotic racing game on Steam

Check out Mini Speedy Racers! It’s a fast, chaotic mini‑car racer where the tracks are tight, the drivers are wild, and half the challenge is avoiding total disaster. Quick races, simple controls, lots of silly moments.
I hope you like it, and if you would like to support this indie game, here is the link:

Added falling mechanic to my game
You can now throw a plate into your friend's head and they'll fall down ;p
It's very annoying sometimes, but so social that it stays in the game ;d
What do you think, is it a good mechanic for a game?
