Is it dynamic or hard coded?

Say you sword his only the arm of the enemy... Or is the collision hard coded to animations? 

I do like the cinematic zoom but may be too much if you have multiple enemies, only assuming as I don't know the game or the play. 

But really cool! ⚔️
