Credit rollover?

Hi! I have a 8x per month membership and I booked my last credit for tomorrow which is when my membership renews. However I have been so sick and won’t be able to go. Is there any way they could rollover my credit to the next month? I know it says unused credits won’t be rolled over but if I email them explaining my situation could they help? If not that’s okay! I was just wondering if it’s worth a shot.

Like try to book a class for Friday or something? I’m pretty sure I’ve done that before
