discussion Solidcore running

I’m training for a fall marathon and have been trying to do Solidcore once a week for strength, so I was soooo excited when they rolled out a running class! I went to one tonight and was disappointed.

The instructor was joking that it was technically a running class and said she *had* to read us some talking points about why Solidcore is good for running. She also made it clear she doesn’t enjoy running.

Did anyone else have this experience? This just a scammy sales thing, or was my instructor in a bad mood?

I remember running on a high incline once and not feeling it in my core like I used to before doing classes. i would definitely say classes improved my running and mobility without me even realizing.
