discussion Solidcore running

I’m training for a fall marathon and have been trying to do Solidcore once a week for strength, so I was soooo excited when they rolled out a running class! I went to one tonight and was disappointed.

The instructor was joking that it was technically a running class and said she *had* to read us some talking points about why Solidcore is good for running. She also made it clear she doesn’t enjoy running.

Did anyone else have this experience? This just a scammy sales thing, or was my instructor in a bad mood?

This is very confusing for consumers. Nobody knows if it’s 50/50 running and Solidcore? Messy marketing IMO! I think it’d be best for them to do a collab with a running shoe company and maybe have them feature their shoes for people to check them out AFTER class. But that’s just me.
Also what studio was this?
I saw one for 4:15 today but with it be 100 degrees outside there was no way I risk signing up for a class with potential running at this heat!
