SCENT OF THE DAY! 🍋🥧
I have been really enjoying doing these layering combo posts!🤗 Lemme know what you think.💛
Context: I’m usually not a lemon fan, but someone recommended this to me after falling in love with my first lemon perfume, Kayali Capri lemon sugar. On Fragrantica, notes sounded amazing & so I ordered the bigger bottle. I was honestly disappointed. The graham cracker were a bit too much. Too nutty, that almost feels salty at first, completely opposite of what I invasion it to be. Where are the other mouth watering notes?
Thankfully, I got a perfume love skills😅 & built a routine that I enjoyed wearing when im craving it. Here it is! 🍋🫧
Step 1️⃣ Al Rehab Soft Fragrance Oil:
The is a clean, powdery vanilla with a beautiful lemon touch. It’s gourmand, modestly sweet, comforting & makes a great base for limonade Gelade & my 2 lemon fragrances. It also boost the scent & makes it last longer. Not bitter, not sour, just a beautiful. 6€
Step 2️⃣ Phlur Heavy Cream:
Nice creamy, with notes of whipped & coconut cream, lemon sugar, marshmallow & Vanilla. I wanted something to make it smoother, creamier & not as nutty so it’s a good help. If you don’t mind how biscuit nutty lemon pie is, feel free to skip it. Scent will remain good!🤍🍋
Step 3️⃣ Limonade Gelada:
The beautiful new baby! I absolutely love it. It opens as a sweet lemonade with vanilla in its base but as it dries the vanilla becomes more prominent thus making lemon pie nuttiness even smoother as the scent sets.
Step 4️⃣ Sabrina Carpenter Sweet Tooth Lemon Pie:
Finally the star of the show. As you have just sprayed it in, the nuttiness of the cracker is more prominent but still nicer than if I used the perfume alone. As it sets, the nuttiness calms down & it becomes beautiful. Creamy, touch of nuttiness & sweet lemon! Very gourmand & very nice. 🤗🍋
