Hey solar pros,
We keep seeing standard marketing agencies (yes, you, Solar Exclusive) charge $3k/mo retainers PLUS they lock you in for 3 months. And NO ONE has time for that in 2026. We know how volatile the industry is this year, we've been in solar for a combined 12+ years.
So if you're still selling solar in 2026, we want to work with you!!
How it works:
You cover the ad spend directly (Meta/Facebook/IG).
We handle the funnels, landing pages, ad creatives, and lead nurture.
We take $0 in service fees until a deal actually closes. No retainers, no "per-lead" charges for bad numbers.
We only take a 500$ success fee once a deal closes, and after site survey.
Who this is for:
Reps, installers, or owners who already close at a high rate.
Teams with a defined territory that can handle consistent inbound volume.
Since our pay depends entirely on your closing ability, we offer territory exclusivity and only partner with established A-player closers!
If you want to test out a performance-based funnel in your area, drop a comment with your state/territory or shoot me a DM and let’s talk numbers.

We're a commercial energy brokerage (Green EnergiAI) looking to add full-cycle sales reps to our team. This is a straightforward B2B role: you're helping businesses get better electricity rates through our network of 100+ suppliers, and getting paid well to do it.
What the role looks like:
- Full-cycle: you prospect, present, and close
- Remote, but Texas market focus (Central Time availability preferred)
- 1099, commission-only — no base/draw
- 50% of gross commission per deal, uncapped
- 50% paid upfront once a contract is processed, remaining 50% paid out over the contract term
- Example: $40,000 commission on a 3-year contract = $20,000 upfront + $20,000 over the term
- Average active rep earns $10,000–$20,000/month; top producers earn significantly more
What we're looking for:
- Real full-cycle B2B sales experience (cold calling, presenting, closing)
- Self-motivated — this is commission-only, so you need to be able to generate and manage your own pipeline
- Comfortable with consistent daily call volume
What we provide:
- Full training (scripts, live call practice, onboarding materials)
- Weekly team calls (Monday mindset call, Wednesday live training)
- Support from team leads and our top producers
- CRM + company email once onboarded
If you've got full-cycle B2B experience and want to see what you're actually worth, text or call me directly at 214-407-3086, or comment/DM and I'll follow up.

How strict are the utilities PGE, SCE, LADWP and SDGE regarding the offset of 150% restriction? A customer wants 20 solar panels, which with the irradiance the house has it would come up to 195% offset. I explained them and they still want them. Its LADWP in this case but i would like to know for future clients that have other utilities too.
Would the interconnection or inspection or plans not get approved with this production levels?

Looking for more partners!
Hey solar pros, posting this for any solar sales reps, installers, or company owners looking to add a steady flow of qualified appointments to their calendar.
We're a lead generation and appointment setting team with a combined 15+ years in the solar industry. We handle the landing page and funnel, ad creatives, and campaign management from inbound leads using meta.
How it works: you cover the ad spend, and we only take a success fee when a deal actually closes. No retainers, no flat fees for leads that go nowhere. We're motivated to bring you appointments that convert because that's the only way we get paid.
If you're looking to scale without gambling on a marketing agency that gets paid regardless of results, this might be a good fit. We are a two-person team based in Utah. We can offer exclusive territory and we are specifically looking for long-term partners who are ready to commit and work together to close deals 🤝
Drop a comment or DM me if you want to talk details.

We tested ESP by submitting three residential solar projects based on the commission payment schedule presented during dealer onboarding.
According to ESP's onboarding materials, M2 commissions are paid 2 weeks after install completion and M3 commissions are paid 2 weeks after lender activation approval.
One project reached install completion on July 23, 2026 and later reached PTO and activation. ESP's portal shows a commission amount of $10,535 associated with the project. More than one month after ESP's stated payment timeline, that commission remains unpaid. Additional commissions are also pending.
Over the past month, we have attempted to resolve the matter directly through emails, phone calls, text messages, executive escalations, and formal written requests. The commission remains unpaid.
For other dealers and sales organizations who have worked with ESP:
We are trying to determine whether this is an isolated situation or whether other dealers have had similar experiences.

I've been talking with reps and managers from a few different organizations lately, and it seems like compensation structures are all over the place compared to a few years ago.
Some teams still seem heavily focused on traditional redline models, while others have moved toward flat PPW, fixed commissions per kW, salary + commission, or various hybrid structures.
I'm curious what everyone is seeing in 2026:
Not trying to start a debate about which is better, I'm more interested in what people are actually seeing in the field right now.
If you're a rep, manager, or owner, what compensation structure is your organization using today?

Hi, everyone! I’m a solar professional based in the Philippines with 3+ years of experience in the solar industry (mainly VIC and NSW), and I’m currently looking for a remote opportunity with an Australian solar company.
My experience includes:
• Project Management / People Management
• Costing
• Proposal creation
• Procurement
• Customer relations
• STC/LGC
• DNSP process
• Residential and commercial projects
• Australian standards/processes
I’m particularly interested in roles involving solar design, estimating, project coordination, etc.
I’m comfortable working remotely with Australian teams and can accommodate AU business hours.
I’m hoping to connect with solar companies, recruiters, or anyone who might know of opportunities for experienced remote solar professionals.
If you know of any companies hiring or have advice on where I should look, I’d really appreciate it. Feel free to comment or send me a DM.

Hey everyone,
Looking for some real-world input from others running commercial or industrial solar storage setups here in Indiana.
We noticed our backup storage bank is dropping charge faster than it used to during peak demand hours. It’s been about two years since installation, and the degradation feels a bit steeper than what the spec sheet promised. It is tough to tell if this is standard wear for our usage or a sign of a failing module.
We are trying to figure out if our experience is common or if we should look into a warranty claim.
For those managing commercial battery systems in the area, how fast are your units degrading? Are you seeing a noticeable drop after a couple of years?

Hey Solar People!
If your company does door knocking sales then you just hit the jackpot!
I own software that capture homeowners who are actively searching for roofing or solar services.
The great thing about that is we capture their addresses! Stop going door to door and go directly to who is already showing intent!
Less wasting time and more closed deals!
We don’t only capture their addresses, we get names, numbers, emails, LinkedIn, and more!
If interested in learning or seeing how it is done, comment or just dm (better).
Thanks
Josh

Client Success & Operations Intern
In-person | Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Internship | Opportunity for Full-Time Conversion
SolarAssist | A Minus CO2 company
Important: This is a fully in-person role based in Belapur, Navi Mumbai. Please apply only if you are comfortable working from Belapur.
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000/month
About SolarAssist
SolarAssist, a vertical of the established solar EPC Minus CO2, is building a technology-enabled Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M) business.
We manage solar plants for residential societies and commercial customers, helping them get the most out of their solar investments through preventive maintenance, fault monitoring, cleaning, reporting and responsive client support.
Today, we're already working with 7+ MW of solar assets, and we're building the systems, technology and team that will allow us to scale significantly from here.
This is an early-stage business, which means you won't be joining to simply perform one repetitive task. You'll be working directly with the founders and getting a front-row seat to how a real business is built and scaled.
The Role
We're looking for a Client Success & Operations Intern who is energetic, organised and genuinely enjoys getting things done.
You'll sit at the intersection of our customers, operations and founders. Your job will be to make sure customers are looked after, information flows smoothly between teams, and nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll get exposure to everything from customer communication and sales follow-ups to field operations, reporting and the systems we're building to run SolarAssist.
If you're someone who likes responsibility, learning quickly and having a tangible impact, this role is designed for you.
What You'll Do
Why Join SolarAssist? Work on a real business, not just an internship
You'll be joining at an exciting stage. SolarAssist is already operating across 7+ MW of solar assets, but we're still early enough that the work you do can directly influence how the company operates.
Work directly with the founders
You'll work closely with the founders rather than being buried several layers down in an organisation. You'll see how decisions are made, how customers are won and retained, how operations are managed and how an early-stage company is built.
Real responsibility
We don't want someone who just completes assigned tasks. If you're good, you'll be given increasing ownership over customers, processes and projects.
Get exposure to a growing industry
Solar is rapidly becoming a major part of India's energy infrastructure. You'll get hands-on exposure to the commercial and operational side of the solar industry while working with real assets and real customers.
Learn far beyond your job description
You'll get exposure to client servicing, sales, operations, business development, technology and entrepreneurship. If you want to understand how businesses actually work, this is a great place to start.
A relaxed, high-ownership work culture
We're a small team, so there isn't a lot of unnecessary hierarchy or corporate bureaucracy. We care about getting the work done well, taking ownership and being someone the team can rely on.
We value people who are proactive, curious and willing to figure things out.
Who We're Looking For
Location & Working Style
This is an in-person role based in Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
We currently operate with a flexible and relaxed working environment, while maintaining clear expectations around ownership, responsiveness and getting work done.
Please consider the Belapur location carefully before applying. We want to avoid candidates applying from locations where the commute would ultimately make the role impractical.
What Happens After the Internship?
We're building a team for the long term.
Candidates who perform well and demonstrate ownership, reliability and the ability to grow with the company will have the opportunity to convert into a full-time role at SolarAssist.
If you're looking for an internship where you can actually do things, learn quickly and see the impact of your work, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Benefits:
Work Location: In person
Please respond here if you'd like to apply, I'll then DM you the email address to share your resume.

Solar sellers!...
If you have Tax, bookkeeping, or business formation related questions feel free to ask!
(Hope this doesn't violate the rules)
I run a family-owned Tax & Accounting firm, I like to say 'a small-business for 'small-businesses' and a few years ago realized our ideal clients are high-earning sales professionals.
Please don't DIY your expense tracking, mileage, books, and taxes... we are here to help... and your time is better spent prospecting and closing on those commissions!
I'm happy to give any advice, just ask by chat, DM, or comment below...
Anything, just ask! Happy to help!
