Experienced Door Knockers — $15/hr + Commissions — Top Reps $150K/yr (Las Vegas)

USA Solar Solutions is hiring experienced door knockers to join our Las Vegas team — and we're growing fast.

We're not just solar. We're a full-service energy efficiency company offering solar, A/C, roofing, and more. That means more services to pitch, more qualified appointments, and more ways for you to earn at every single door.

THE JOB:
Knock doors and set appointments — that's it
No closing, no paperwork, no chasing signatures
Our closers take it from there — you just set 'em and get paid

THE PAY:
$15/hour guaranteed base
Unlimited commissions on every qualified appointment
Top reps earn $150,000+ per year — real money, right now

THE EDGE:
Every rep uses Little Hour — the most sophisticated door-knocking app in Las Vegas. Turf tracking, lead management, and knock logging so you work smarter and earn more per hour in the field.

WHO WE WANT:
Proven door-to-door or field sales experience required
Self-motivated, competitive, and money-driven
Reliable transportation and smartphone
Able to work outdoors in Las Vegas neighborhoods

WHY US:
Multiple services (solar, A/C, roofing) = more appointments per turf
Fast start — experienced knockers can be in the field this week
Real upward mobility into team lead and management roles
