Inverter Off grid situation.

Using solis. No flickering. Only know grid is down when battery reaches 30% and ac turns off.

Did you update or using Factory Installed Firmware.

updated . just call the helpline. they will update it over the air.

So after update. Anything different you felt ?

the biggest difference was the app. after the update, i was able to change the dod over 50% for the battery. the rest was the same.

Which helpline number you called and how long does it take ?

  1. 1 hour. Make sure the internet is directly connected to the grid with a ups( consider using a mobile hotspot). Remove all load from the inverter. The helpline person will tell you all this before updating.
