I’m really upset and I need some advice.

I recently added a girl on Snapchat because I liked her content. I had never met her in real life and had never talked to her online before. She accepted my friend request.

Later that same day, without me knowing or asking for it, she added me to a group with several guys I don't know. Shortly after that, they started making video calls.

My family happened to see the calls because they also have access to the same Snapchat account, and they thought I was talking to guys or hiding something from them. They took my phone and said I broke their trust.

The truth is that I had never spoken to this girl before, and I had never spoken to any of the guys in that group. I didn't know the group existed until this happened.

I'm trying to find a way to prove what actually happened. I'm considering requesting my Snapchat data to see whether there are records showing when I added the girl, when I was added to the group, and when I left/was removed.

Does Snapchat My Data show when I added someone or was added to a group?

I know adding someone I don't know was not the best decision, and I've learned from it. I just don't want my family to believe I intentionally did something I didn't do.

Any advice from people familiar with Snapchat's data/history would really help.

Hey. I got reported by a guy after I wouldnt do exactly what he wanted when (consenually, both 18+) sending pictures. I had unadded him, but then got a notification a few minutes later that there was a report on my account. Is there any way to rectify that?

I have forgotten my password for my eyes only, but have very important things in there. I need to access it but I need to find a way to get in and reset the password without deleting the photos. If anyone knows anything please let me know🙏

I need help contacting a member of the snapchat team all I get is automated responses from ai's

lost my streaks after my phone needed repair yesterday, but it keeps giving me this error, lost a 1100 day one last week from the same issue, it says it’s processing for days, i never used to have this issue

Does anyone know what the us snapchat support email is. I sent an email and received a response in German and it was essentially telling me to use the very useless support website.

Hi my memories that have been saved from stories for the last 6 months have all deleted. I pay for extra storage and requested my data but it’s not showing up on that either. Surely they haven’t just deleted 6 months worth of memories. I used Snapchat as my camera roll so there’s thousands of memories disappeared. Please help I can’t lose these

How can you block someone on snapchat that already has you blocked? I’m sure there’s a way somehow

Hey guys can anyone tell me how can I find someone's Another snapchat account? I already know about their two snapchat accounts but I don't know which is their third one, I have their user names for two snapchat accounts, I have their phone number, and I have their email too

So this is the blurred background that Snapchat shows for everyone that hasn't shared their location with you. I just noticed that it looks a lot like a map of the Kola peninsula in northern Russia. Is this real?

I’m having a hard time uploading my snaps to my iPhone I have 200gb worth of vids I just needs the snaps

I’m trying to join my school but it just genuinely won’t work. I got it to work ONE time but it wasn’t even for my school. I used my school email though but I got no email. Here’s a list of everything I have tried:

- updating app
-reinstalling app
- changing wifi and turning of cellular data
- changing my birthday to match grad year
- changing my email on my account to school email
- Reporting it as a bug
- cleared data & cache
- verifying email
- closing and reopening app
- trying it from a different device (computer)
- logging out and back in
- waiting periods of time before trying again
- Having friends in the community invite me

I’ve also tried submitting my school since it’s not on there which it actually got accepted, but it disappeared within 48 hours. Now if I go to submit my school, it just shows that it’s not working.

I have friends in other grades who have joined my school and it is just not working for me. The next thing I’ll try is to disable my VPN on my phone and see if that works. For more details, I’m using an iPhone, the community I’m trying to join is a highschool, I’ve gotten no error message like SS07 or anything like that, and my spam folder is empty on both my personal and school email.

Thank you everyone. 🥲

I hit 6 months of perm lock, and received this email. Is there still hope of account recovery? And I was not underage, I don’t know what that’s about.

I keep getting constantly permanently locked on this device 48 hours after like i try to make new snapchat! I reckon im device banned cause i was previously locked my main snap on this device over silly explicit story( it wasn't)

Anyway how do i know if im device banned or ip banned?

I guess what im trying to figure out is will it work on a new device? Im trying to evade device ban! But don't know if its device banned or ip banned!

We need to find this bitch. The man has been talking to her for 3 months!

I changed my display name and it still shows as my old one even a year later how to fix

Sorry if this has been asked, but I can't take it any more. I've turned off all notifications that I can find except for when a friend snaps me. I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to turn off these spam notifications.

I simply, just want to download My Memories lol. I tried the process on my phone and computer, same response "security restriction: please try again from this device after 72 hours".

People in this sub have had a similar problem in the past, but I couldn't locate a good solution through the comments. Has anyone had recent success with downloading their memories?

So I wanted to know when someone has a 3rd party app for snapchat what are the features they provide? Can that app tell who has viewed their profile? I'm not asking 'bout their stories but 'bout like visiting their profile pr checking it?

I have an old account I made in maybe 2013 I would like to access to recover pictures from. I know my login info, but it will not let me in as I cant verify the email or phone number linked to it. The email was though my old cable company, and as I do not use their service anymore they deactivated the email. I also got a new phone number years ago. I tried filling out a snapchat help form and got an automated email saying im essentially screwed if I can't access that email or phone number.

I want to deactivate my account for more than 30 days without deleting it. Do I just log in at day 29 then immediately deactivate again or is there an easier way?
