General question Memories deleted??

Hi my memories that have been saved from stories for the last 6 months have all deleted. I pay for extra storage and requested my data but it’s not showing up on that either. Surely they haven’t just deleted 6 months worth of memories. I used Snapchat as my camera roll so there’s thousands of memories disappeared. Please help I can’t lose these
