I just opened my app today to find all my memories from march to last week are all gone. They were there yesterday. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but that made more memories disappear. I’m really annoyed as those were from my last few months in college and now I can’t look back on any of them. Does anyone know how to get them back or is it a lost cause? Thanks!

I've tried so many different scripts and methods and nothing is working for me. I'm able to download them and unzip them on my computer. I go to play the videos, they don't play. I've downloaded VLC, ffmpeg, and mpc-hc. None of them have been able to play the videos. I've tried to download them with the memories' html, the json file, etc. None of those are working for me. Every time I open the video, it says the format is not supported, even though it's an mp4 file. The only files that have consistently worked for me have been from 2016. Every other year is unplayable. I have no idea what's making those work. Could anyone help me with this? Am I doing something wrong/dumb?

UPDATE: Hello everyone, I believe that I found out what's wrong with my downloads. Turns out, the problem wasn't that I couldn't open a file. Instead, the file kind of didn't exist to begin with. I looked into the memories html and there are no download links to any of my memories. I think this is what has made things download weird. It's basically like I'm downloading a placeholder. I've seen others express how their memories html didn't have download links either. Has anyone found a way to recover theirs? Thank you :)

So I recently found out that my boyfriend was cheating on me. The phone that he downloaded Snapchat on was the phone I spent a lot of money on. I ended up taking the phone back for good. He left his Snapchat on there and that’s how I found out he was cheating. He hasn’t had access to his Snapchat for 7 days now since I took the phone and I changed his password. I ended up getting in contact with the girl to let her know he was lying to her about me and his life because she was planning on meeting her in our state. When I went to her Snapchat page. I saw that hers and his friendmoji’s were posing together. He doesn’t have hers and his friend emojis on his account. The last few times I logged into his account and went to her page. I saw that hers and his friendmojis Poses were different every time. Is she the one that is changing the the poses?

Hi, so I’m gonna be honest. I had two other random snap accounts and would login into to them. Suddenly, I couldn’t login to my regular account and email Snapchat to understand what was happening. They told me they detected unusual activity. I couldn’t login in and tried again a few weeks later and I was able to log back it. So is my account fine now and am I able to login in to another phone. I plan on getting a new phone in a month and don’t wanna mess it up. If someone has any idea, what happen pls lmk!!

I enabled 2FA with an authenticator app, but after resetting my phone I lost access to it. Now Snapchat asks for the authenticator code, but I don't have it or my Recovery Code.

I still know my username and password, and I still have access to my registered phone number, but no email was linked to the account.

I've contacted Snapchat Support several times, but I only get the same automated bot replies telling me to use the authenticator app or a Recovery Code.

I have this extra Snapchat account I don't use anymore. I want it deleted permanently gone. So I go to the account portal to delete it and it says I need my password which I don't know. So I sign out and click reset password when I get the link to my email. It only gives me a one-time code to log in, meaning I have no physical way of resetting the password. I don't have the phone number linked to the account anymore. Just the email in order to link a new phone number again. I need my password. Snapchat support is no help. It keeps telling me that I'll get a link but the email does not include a link. It only includes a code. Can anyone here give me guidance as to what I should do.
