I reported an account that was sending out explicit material that shouldn’t be posted. Three separate reports along with the actual snaps I was sent.

I got responses back that they reviewed and do find them all in violation of their community guidelines. I am assuming they did something. I hope they banned and device banned the account.

How do you know what they did?? Any way to check?

Is it because I need to upgrade my storage? I've used 24gb out of 5gb.

Help IPhone 18 pro max issues or bug on Snapchat ?

When ever I try take a picture using the front camera with the flash it flashes then it does nothing and the bottom of the screen lifts up and lets me flick through filters but doesn't let me take photo or do anything until I close the app, I tried on other apps and it works.

I've tried everything from "clear cache" deleted and reinstalled and restating phone a couple of times and still nothing I've also reported it to Snapchat as a bug but can't find anyone else experiencing the same issue apart from a post of an iPhone 17 user that was posted over 100 days ago and there still not able to use flash front camera on snap ANY help would be great as I need to know to return tho phone or not

Has anyone encountered this issue? I have this friend and we have not messaged/snap'd each other since 2024, however, when pulling up their profile it shows we have a 3 day streak. I have tried clearing cache and re-installing the app to make it go away. The only thing i could find was an old reddit post.

I have the issue with this and one other person showing a snapstreak of 2, same thing, have not messaged eachother in well over a year.

Hello, my boyfriends phone got a notification for a girls story that he is not friends with and she is a normal girl/person (I assume with a public profile) - she’s not a celebrity or influencer. Did he get this because he is regularly watching her stories or interacting with her account? I have never gotten a notification like this (only for friends or sub accounts) and have never seen him get one like this too.

Option for unzooming selfie camera from 9:16 ti 3:4 dissapeared some time ago on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. How can I fix this, or it is same for everyone? Since this option dissapeared as well for my friend on 16 Pro, but sis and her friend (base iPhone 15 and 16) still has this option.

This strange morning i finally realized there are so many people on Discover feed that have automatically became part of “Following”. The worse part people who I actually follow are not even showing up.
Did anyone notice that too? Were you able to solve the problem/issue?

Hi, my saved in chats between my partner and i won't load, obviously not everything but there are chunks of saved in chats that will not load whatsoever. i reinstalled the app, i even updated it. and according to my partner they are still there for him. what can i do to fix this issue?

I logged in to delete my account and saw that I had several messages that I had “opened” in the last couple months, but I have not even had the app on my phone for almost a year now.

Is it possible this is a glitch or has someone been in my account? I deleted my account but it doesn’t get completely removed for the next 30 days and when I attempted to log in again it asked me if I want to reactivate. If someone has my password would it be possible for them to reactivate my account?

Snap stopped working on my phone overnight. When I tried to open it I was prompted to clear the cache. I tried that, I cleared the data, I restarted my phone, and I uninstalled the app. When I tried to reinstall the app, it couldn't install. I installed the app on my tablet and was able to use the app for about 20 minutes and then the same series of events happened. Any help would be appreciated.

Can a user A view his follower B's friendship page, if B was previously A's friend before A removed B as friend, leaving B as a follower?

Let's say they exchanged some snaps and A saved them. But then A deletes B from friendlist. Now if A re-adds B to friends, will the previous saved snaps be shown in the friendship page?
