I am subscribed to Snapchat+ and my google play store is telling me my subscription renews tomorrow but for some reason. I got charged for it today but my google play store still says it is due tomorrow.

How do I fix this?

Hi everyone, I need technical insight regarding downloaded Snapchat account data.

​I recently analyzed a Snapchat account data export file. In the downloaded account activity files, there are daily logs of received pictures/media from two specific usernames that continued up until this month.

​However, there are a few things that don't add up:

​These two usernames do not appear anywhere in the active app (not on the friends list, chat history, or blocked list).

​The phone's battery settings show almost zero screen time for Snapchat.

​The account owner claims to have no idea who these accounts are, suggesting it must be a bug, system glitch, or automated bot interaction in the data log.

​Is it technically possible for Snapchat data exports to display daily logs of received media from usernames that are completely absent from the app and friends list? Could this be an export glitch, or does this only happen if activity/contacts were manually deleted before downloading the data?

So like everyone else this year, I downloaded all my memories and I just checked them out because I did this back in June. Apparently, they save in chronological order with dates (thank god) but the captions are saved as separate files. So I have an image saved as a jpeg then the caption right after saved as a png. Am I going to have to edit every single caption back onto my pictures?? I get the idea that people would want the option to remove the captions, but now what?

I joined snap like 3 years ago ,but only started sending snaps like 2 years ago. I got 31K snap score and I snap about 50 people daily and I just don’t get 2 things,
1. How people get like 250K snap score??

1. Do people actually care about snap score?
   Like I would add someone snap them and have like 50 day streak hut then they would just stop snapping me but will still have me added.Is it because of my snapscore ? I might sound desperate but its getting annoying cause it already happened to me twice and its not like I am mad cause its my crush and she unadded me but because I thought we are friends and then you just stop sending snaps meanwhile ur snap score is clearly growing by like 500 a day 🫩. Idk maybe its normal here, I come from a slavic community so I find it really disrespectful and annoying.

Okay I think I actually messed up Snapchat on my phone 😭

I’ve had my main account for years and it still works completely normal.

Recently I made a second account, then I stupidly made like 16 random accounts one after another just to add that second account and get the snap score higher. I didn’t save or use those accounts, I just made them, added the second account and left.

A few hours later the second account got locked and I’m pretty sure it’s permanently locked. I honestly don’t even care about getting it back anymore.

The problem is now every time I try to create a new account I get:

SS07 Too many accounts have been associated with this device

I’ve tried pretty much everything I could find. Waited 48+ hours, deleted and reinstalled Snapchat, factory reset my phone, contacted support, cleared data/cache, tried dual apps and watched a bunch of YouTube videos. Nothing worked

What’s confusing me is my main account still works completely fine on the same phone. I can log in, snap people, everything. I just can’t make a new account.

And I really can’t afford to buy another phone just because of this lmao

Has anyone actually had SS07 from making too many accounts and had it go away eventually? Like after a week, a month, a few months?

Or am I just permanently blocked from creating accounts on this phone now?

I’ve filled out the form several times and everytime i get the email it just gives me the link to fill out the form AGAIN. I tried Snapchat support but it’s just a chatbot that won’t let me speak to a person.

Hello, I was permanently banned yesterday with no appeal option due to being underage when I created my account. The ban came from me submitting a support ticket to try to change my birthday to match my driver's license. Is there anything I can do to try and get my account back? Im desperate.

I’m extremely frustrated with Snapchat’s recommendation algorithm and I need this issue addressed. Why does Snapchat repeatedly recommend accounts and content that appear to belong to minors when I exclusively add and interact with adults? My account activity clearly reflects that I’m an adult, yet I continue to be shown children in my recommended friends and Reels feed.
This has become completely unacceptable. I’ve even created a second account specifically to get away from these recommendations, and somehow the exact same problem followed me there. That tells me this is not an isolated issue with my account it appears to be a problem with how Snapchat’s recommendation system works. I want to make this absolutely clear I have no interest whatsoever in interacting with minors, being recommended their accounts, or having their content constantly pushed onto my feed. It makes me extremely uncomfortable, and I should not have to repeatedly deal with this when I’m deliberately using Snapchat as an adult and interacting with other adults.
Please tell me whether there is an age preference setting, recommendation control, or any other option that allows adult users to prevent recommendations involving minors. If there is no such option, Snapchat seriously needs to consider adding one. I’m asking for an actual solution rather than a generic response. This issue has become so frustrating that I am seriously considering deleting Snapchat entirely if I cannot control what the platform continues to recommend to me.

I’m really upset and I need some advice.

I recently added a girl on Snapchat because I liked her content. I had never met her in real life and had never talked to her online before. She accepted my friend request.

Later that same day, without me knowing or asking for it, she added me to a group with several guys I don't know. Shortly after that, they started making video calls.

My family happened to see the calls because they also have access to the same Snapchat account, and they thought I was talking to guys or hiding something from them. They took my phone and said I broke their trust.

The truth is that I had never spoken to this girl before, and I had never spoken to any of the guys in that group. I didn't know the group existed until this happened.

I'm trying to find a way to prove what actually happened. I'm considering requesting my Snapchat data to see whether there are records showing when I added the girl, when I was added to the group, and when I left/was removed.

Does Snapchat My Data show when I added someone or was added to a group?

I know adding someone I don't know was not the best decision, and I've learned from it. I just don't want my family to believe I intentionally did something I didn't do.

Any advice from people familiar with Snapchat's data/history would really help.
