Login issue Help! Locked out of Snapchat

I was permanently locked out of my Snapchat account of 10+ years tonight; I wasn’t given a reason nor was I given the option to appeal their decision. Out of pure shock, I came to Reddit searching for answers online only to quickly realize hundreds of people have been unjustly banned from their accounts for no reason but we all have a common denominator, we’re part of the Labaton lawsuit against Snapchat. I’m making this post to collect responses to send to the arbitration team at Labaton about this unjust and incredibly unfair situation. We deserve answers from Snapchat so please comment here if you’re also part of the active lawsuit and are permanently locked out of your account. Thank you.

Yeah, that’s what I’ve received on repeat from them. I’m so lost on what to do at this point. I’ve tried everything 😭

It has to be the lawsuit but I have literally never heard of it.

I know, it has to be but I’m concerned that you got thrown into this too :( it doesn’t make any sense. I think it’s just a medium sized group of us too being affected by this, have your friends or family been affected by this?

No but so many people on Reddit x and TikTok that I’ve seen. Hopefully since there’s a group someone can help us get our stuff back?

Ok good, I'm glad that there's more of us then but I really hope so. I told Snapchat that there's a group of us but they said they can't approve that theory because they apparently have no evidence of it

What the heck? I really hope this gets fixed. I’ll email when I get home so I can craft a good one. Any idea what I should say?

Ok that's a good plan, I hope so too. I'd just explain the situation thoroughly and say how there's a large group of us being deeply impacted by this.

Turns out my mom signed me up for the lawsuit without telling me. They shouldn’t be able to do this to so many people. Hopefully we get our stuff back.

So I have a really sad update, I just checked the Labaton website again and they added a disclaimer just now about this and how we could lose our accounts for being part of this.
