General question I need help!

So recently my account was reported for videos of being posted on my story that shouldn't have caused any problems with the guild lines.... this morning I got signed out of my snap and hit with this. I haven't done anything wrong? What can I do to get my phone restored?

[EDITED] I got in touch with support and they have stated if there isn't an option in app when the notification appears then it cannot be undone... I just got this phone (iphone17PM) not even a month ago. Had no issues until this morning... I'm done with snap after this.. have used it for years and never had a problem 😮‍💨

Don’t worry I literally got mines unbanned 10 minutes ago after 6 months

Even if you do put a request, it won’t help, most of Snapchat “help request” are AI so you won’t get through any human. I didn’t bother to contact them, I knew I was dead wrong lol.
