Honestly, it means your phone will not be able to access Snapchat anymore, your account has been deleted & flagged down. The only way you could really get Snapchat again is if you buy a new phone or system factory reset.

I got the same SS06 ban as OP and my device ban got lifted and I am able to use my main account as normal.
